The location & beachfront view. Being on the 10th floor, the view was excellent. Pelicans fly by at eye level every day. King bed is comfortable and having two full bathrooms is a plus.
The neighbors smoking off of balcony. We could smell it like they were right next to us on our balcony. Also upon entering the unit, it was very musky, moldy smelling. The clothes washing machine also has a problem with the spin cycle. It doesn’t stop on its own.

Everything was great. Loved the balcony. Plenty of cookware. Location was wonderful. The carts by the elevators were really helpful.
The towels were rough. No kitchen towels, except for paper towels.

I loved how close it was to the beach and the inside and inside pool and hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment.
One of the closest doors to the washer and dryer was very tight to pull open, was nervous about it possibly breaking if I pulled too hard. The lock on the bedroom door is one that requires a key or a flat screwdriver, the door was accidentally locked during our stay. I seen evidence on the door knob that others have tried to unlock it through the key hole with no luck, I was able to slide a card into the doorway and unlock it. It was a minor inconvenience.

Smaller property so less crowded. Walking distance to pier.
Sliding door did not lock so it was a security concern. Purchased hardware to repair so it would lock. Advertised free internet but not true. Wifi info provided with reservation confirmation did not work. Called management company customer service for assistance which was a waste of time. The representative had a very broken accent which made it very difficult to understand. Promised local facility personnel will come to assist. Once again, not true. NO ONE showed up.

Apartment was clean, comfortable bed, steps from the beach. The balcony was larger than most, air conditioning worked great . The apartment has been updated and I liked the decor. We would definitely recommend renting this one bedroom apartment.

It's a beautiful place I would rent it again in a heartbeat. It has a great kitchen everything you need .A great view . The bed and furniture are wonderful clean and comfortable. Wish We could stay longer.
No blow dryer and could use deep pocket sheets every night you had to keep putting them back on..Wish we would have been told they were working on the pool all week .We had a issue with the washer but they came and fixed it after a couple of calls.

Our room was very comfortable. Loved the granite counter tops and the newer appliances. Had a great view of the ocean.
The door knobs to the bedroom bath was loose. Other than that, nothing.

Cozy little condo with an exceptional view from the oceanfront balcony(not turned diagonal)! Furniture was nice and the bed was comfortable! We felt at home.
