I left one day early...does that sum up my stay.
The condo unit had great hot water.
The unit was dirty and and rundown. Just think, I paid $700 for a cleaning fee and other fees.

Exceptional
The view was amazing. Many resturants and stores that we could easily walk to. Overall the condo was nice and clean. The pool was very nice as well. They had several grills to cook on which was a plus. Beds in the condo were comfy and clean.
There was a piece of broken tile in the kitchen area that had a loose rug over it. I find that dangerous for anyone. I would advise getting it fixed. The kitchen could have used some updated items. Sliding door in living room to balcony was very hard to open and close. We often used the door in the master bedroom to enter the balcony.

Less than desirable...
The view from the balcony was great along with the location!!
Where do I start.. Upon arrival, we found potato chip crumbs on the carpet in the main bedroom, and we had to vacuum before we unpacked. There were handprints on the wall beside the island that looked like kool-aid. There was syrup or something in the kitchen counter. Only one eye on the stove worked. The shower door in the main bathroom is extremely hard to shut. None of the remotes worked. The tile floor was so dirty that I ruined a pair of socks the first night. We wore shoes the remainder of the trip inside. I notified the management company, and they offered to clean the room, but we didn't want to have to wait on them, so we dealt with it and just left a day early. We will not be back.

Views from the balcony were stunning. Used both sets of sliders to go on and out. location to restaurants was great. need a car to get groceries though.
outdated furnishings, master shower door does not close, sliders could use maintenance and some silicone and do not latch, low quality pots and pans, stove top burners (right front wouldn’t work), microwave needs to be replaced not just a sign on a. paper towel that says do not use and another one on the counter. just an update to kitchen tools including new knives.

Great time and needed relaxation.
Overlooking the beach. Listening to the waves at night.
The TV and Dish remote did not have batteries in them. Had to buy some. But the stay was great.

I went with my 3 sisters. We all enjoyed!
The view was beautiful!
The kitchen needs more dishes with lids. Y’all need to fix x the shower door!

Overall, this unit was well equipped and in perfect location.
Location was perfect! Easy access to the property, parking, beach and unit.
Has THE MOST uncomfortable mattresses on the beds that I’ve ever slept on. This unit needs a little maintenance i.e. tile repair in the main pathway between kitchen and living room, shower door in bathroom on beach side will not close without excessive force, thus, water goes everywhere. In the shower on entrance side of the unit has water pressure issues possibly due to mineral build up in shower head.
