We loved being right on the ocean and the beach itself was beautiful. We didn’t get a chance to check out the gym.

The pools were closed so we can’t speak for those. As for our specific condo unit 1109 when we arrived The floors were dirty, and there was a shoe left behind, and there were hairs on the beds in the sheets. After reaching out to customer service and informing them, they did not take any action and acted unprofessional at times. When I checked out, I inquired about the status of our complaint and a possible partial refund and they told me no, but didn’t offer any sort of compromise for the state of the condo. They also did not offer any basic amenities, such as salt, pepper, oil, garbage bags, hand soap, a washcloth for the kitchen etc. we had to go out and buy every last basic item for a short four night stay. We have stayed in many condos in the past and never ran into such scarcity.

the toaster in the Condo would burn the toast on all settings. You need a new toaster for the Condo

The location was beautiful, very comfortable and clean.

The parking garage / lot and having only 2 elevators for a 20 floor faculty was horrible. We had to wait 20-30 minutes for an elevator at one point.

Location great-we just had a weird whistle in the breezeway outside the kids bedroom that was annoying when inside

Spacious, clean, well stocked, comfortable, homey feel, amazing view, peaceful. If you're looking for a place to relax and get away from the busy life, this is it. Look no further. This place exceeds expectations by far. So much more than we could've imagined. The beds is fantastic, super comfy. A/C kicks, if you like to keep it cool, you'll have no problems

Our particular shower head wasn't the greatest, however the other bathroom shower was great. We had great water pressure though, just a bad shower head.

Our key code didnt work, but I texted them and they immediately replied with a new one

Nothing major but a few cleaning supplies should have been left under the sink. We had a 10 year old and 13 year old, who can be messy at times and cleaning up after them was a must.
