This VRBO spot is located in a very nice neighborhood where you can walk around admiring yards and towering trees. It is quiet, well equipped and has comfortable bedding and towels. Kirk was very friendly with us. We would definitely stay here again.

It was nice and quiet in the neighborhood. There's a private road to the house where you can park your car, but it is not on their driveway but right next to the drivewat(they allowed loading and and unloading by the rental entrance). The rental is connected to the house on top of the garage, but like the owner said, there's a private entrance and is contactless checkin/checkout. We forgot our shampoo but luckily it was provided along with conditioner, soap, and lotion. They have all the basics that were needed to travel-blow drier, towels, iron, toiletries, furnished kitchen. I felt very comfortable and safe there. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Kirk has been a great host- very polite and considerate. What we like about this place that it has an separate entrance - removed from the main property. Everything very well organized in the apartment with labels where appropriate.

The apartment is cozy, clean, tastefully decorated and private. It's a good location for day trips (ocean, hiking, biking). Sara and Kirk were personable and helpful.

Slight issue the day I was to check in, but the property owners took care of it right away. The rental was clean and spacious. Would def rent again.

I needed an extended stay (3 months) for my relocation from Chicago to Portland and this apartment (super new, roomy and comfortable with all the modern conveniences), the location (amazing neighborhood and so safe, especially for a female coming to a new city) and the owners, Kirk and Sarah (beyond wonderful, helpful and nice), were just absolutely perfect! Really convenient to downtown and going out to the coast and vineyards. I can't say enough good things and recommend this apartment 1000%!

We stayed here for 7 nights and had the perfect time. There was plenty of room for the two of us and we had everything we needed. It was very clean and felt almost new. We ate in some nights, and we also enjoyed the restaurants at Bethany Village.

I have used VRBO for many years, in many foreign and US cities. This is one of the nicest little vacation rentals I have stayed in. It has everything you need for a comfy stay. It is super clean, nearly brand new, and is in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the greater Portland area. It is a nice size (not too small or large) and is very quiet. The hosts, Kirk and Sarah, are super friendly and accommodating as well! I will definitely rent there again when I return to Portland!

What a beautiful self-contained, well designed, well appointed apartment. They thought of everything, even coffee and things knowing the weary traveler needed that boost. This was such a wonderful place, wonderful folks, and great neighborhood! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the owners and property to one and all. Shout out to the Biscuit Cafe where we ate breakfast each morning - warm wonderful folks with great food. Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kirk was a wonderful host and the space was a nice respite after long days of travel and time in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the house and the area was nice and quiet. Four people fit in here with no problem (one of the rare options with two queen-sized beds). I didn't meet the hosts in person, but they were responsive to texts.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very accommodating. We needed an extension cord. A quick text and it was waiting for us when we arrived. This location was very convenient for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed meeting and chatting with Kirk, the owner of the house. The apt is above the garage, so is completely quiet. In addition to central AC, there is a window AC unit which he advises to keep on 24/7 if warm (temps ~90 when we were there, so it stayed on). The unit is somewhat noisy but did not interfere with sleep. Dresser for clothes storage and lighted armoire. There are two rooms, a bedroom and attached family room, the latter being where our 17 y/o slept it is separated by a French door. Kitchen and bathroom were wonderful, tho no dishwasher. Great neighborhood for taking a walk, saw quite a few people doing just that. 5 minutes from my brother's house in Beaverton, so it was convenient for us. Highly recommended.

Loved the unit and the surroundings. Perfect for my work trip

The apartment is bright and airy, and very well appointed. Kirk was quite helpful when we couldn't get the oven to work and baked our home made pizza in his own kitchen. He even delivered it back to us with a pizza cutter. He was very open to suggestions and friendly but not at all intrusive. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this place without hesitation, especially considering the price.
