Enjoyed the large balcony, and location of the condo

We enjoyed the location and the great balcony. The hotel the condo is located in is well kept and the staff is friendly. The views from the balcony are great and the location is wonderful. You are close to Waikiki without being in the busy part and a quick walk to the beach.
However, communication with the management company was frustrating. Check out instructions said to get key from front desk at check in. At arrival the front desk said we needed a code for lock box. When I called they were confused, and it took about 20 minutes for them to call back with lock box code. Frustrating, but oh well. Things happen.
The condo wasn’t very clean. It has a mildew type smell when you first walk in.You can see signs of water damage along the lower walls. The AC filters need changed.The living room furniture is a bit grimy. The patio was swept and the pile of debris left in a corner. But it was also missing the hammock and all dish/ kitchen towels. There was one measuring cup… 1/3 cup. Which is not a huge deal, but weird. We didn’t do much cooking, but if you are planning to cook alot, the kitchen might not be well stocked.
Without getting into too much, I will just say that I found the management company difficult to clearly communicate with. And I was frustrated by incorrect or poor communication at the end. I am not usually one to have to ask questions or bother with hosts much. So this is not a usual problem for me.
Overall, the balcony and location made this stay enjoyable.

Excellent location with nice, quick walk to the beach and to food and shopping, excellent views. They thought of everything you may need during your stay such as plenty of towels, in unit laundry, and beach things like chairs and mats; it’s exactly what’s in the description and the pictures are so real. The patio was huge and was really nice for sunbathing or eating. You get access to the hotel pool and gym which were great too. I would stay there again and again. Great communication if you have a question or need anything.

Our two bedroom suite was was just perfect. Our check in was was so smooth and easy. I expected it to be nice but it was so much more comfy and spacious. The beds were so nice and the upgraded bathrooms were wonderful. This suite has the biggest lanai ever! You could see the city lights and the fireworks on Waikiki beach!! I would recommend this suite highly and would stay here again.

The apartment suited us well. Well equipped in general but salt and pepper would have been greatly appreciated, as well as some oil and in my opinion more necessary than the provided shampoo. Would have used the lanai more if it hadn't been so windy during our stay, which was a shame as the lanai is really the highlight of this apartment. Loved the view. Would have been nice if we had been able to have our meals out there as the limited inside dining space is really the only downside of the apartment. Also, better lighting on the lanai would do wonders as well as an umbrella/parasol. The quality of the mattress of the sleeping sofa is not so great, only suitable for a young person, but the beds were good. Very pricey but that seems to be the case with everything in Hawaii.
Would have greatly appreciated the possibility of early check in at a reasonable rate (not full night rate), also because there is no possibility of on site luggage storage, and manager didn't respond to our enquiry about nearby luggage storage. Luckily we were able to find one, as we didn't have a rental car at the beginning of our stay.

My husband and I recently stayed here with another couple. It was the perfect size for the four of us. They had an issue with the cleaning service so it was 5:30 before we could check in but they refunded us the cleaning fee so it worked out and was very clean when we did check in. The unit has two bedrooms that are very good sized and the main bedroom has a king size bed and it's own huge attached bathroom. The main attraction of this condo is the HUGE patio that has amazing views of the city and the ocean. We spent most of our time out there. There are large TV's in the living room and both bedrooms that get lots of channels too. The location is great with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. In the closet there was a beach umbrella and chairs for the beach, which were handy. We were also able to walk to the beach in about 20 minutes. The only negatives I have about this property are the sheets and the kitchen utensils. The sheets were very rough (I'm picky about my sheets) and the kitchen could use more upgraded preparation tools. In the pictures it shows an umbrella over the table on the patio but there was no umbrella. Be aware you have none of the hotel services as this is a privately owned condo in the hotel. They wouldn't even let us borrow an umbrella or leave our luggage the day we had to check out. All in all, this place was perfect and I would definitely stay there again! We had a great vacation!!

One of a kind property with huge outdoor living area that we very much enjoy. Light, bright and breezy. Free parking spot is a big plus since we have a rental SUV. Very thoughtful to include additional beach chairs and bodyboard in the storage closet which we were able to take to the beach to enjoy.

Great location with lovely views and within walking distance to beaches, shopping and nightlife. The large lanai was a great place to hang out and having a parking spot included was a big plus. We rented a Jeep Wrangler which fit just fine. We would stay here again.

This was my husband and I’s first trip to Hawaii. We searched and searched for a two bedroom two bathroom condo that had a view of the ocean. The photos do not do the condo enough justice. All of the views from the bedrooms to the living room were amazing! From the ocean to the city to the mountains! We were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The walk through the park to the ocean was my favorite!
The Lanai had views of all of Waikiki! My daughter and I both fell asleep out there on different nights. She chose a chase lounge and I chose the hammock! It was so peaceful out there!
It is very true from all of the other reviews, if you get a car make sure it is a smaller vehicle. We had a Ford Ecosport and anything bigger would not have fit. To have a parking spot was perfect though!
I would recommend this rental to anyone and would stay here again!

This place was perfect for our trip to Waikiki. We had two couples who traveled together for this trip and it was perfect. The location is great and within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, and the beach. Parking is included which was so nice. The large private patio was great. The only negative I would say is that they charged us $50 for a misplaced room key (which is a hotel key), which seemed a bit steep. Other than that it was great.

The property was clean, pleasant and located within a 5-10 minute walk of Waikiki beach. It’s positioned on a busy street so there is a fair amount of traffic noise, this wasn’t really a problem for us but might bother some. It was a perfect “city break” for us, we stayed 4 days before heading to Maui and enjoyed our time very much!
