Friendly staff, modern rooms, in room coffee!

it was very quiet and everything was new and updated, very nice and very clean

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Nova Scotia. Michelle MacLean attended school in Chéticamp, and saw the single-storey building change owners and functions over the years. She and her husband Barry have transformed the vintage schoolhouse into a series of cozy, comfy, highly individual guest rooms appointed with all “mod cons”. Michelle is a generous, sunny host who respects her guests’ privacy but is always ready to make their experience even more memorable. The environs are quiet and pastoral.

The owner was so warm and welcoming and the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The sheets were buttery soft and the room was stocked with extras like bottles of water and real cream for coffee. Even a deck of cards and notebook if you’re spending a little more relaxing time in the room. So glad we followed the reviews and chose to stay here!

The hosts have gone over and beyond to make our stay perfect. After we arrived a hurricane hit and they provided us w everything we needed for 3days. I cannot under state how wonderful these hosts are. Our accommodations were exceptional we and had everything we needed. You will not find a better place to stay. I rate this place 10+.
