3x normal price and give us budget hotel rm300 per night, we stayed for 2days rm600, toilet lamp problem, kitchen very nasty, plug cracking sound and had fire residue, kettle not working, leaking kitchen cabinet tabletop, front door handle problem

Disappointed ☹️, i booking same day untk check in sbb unplanned but early morning around 9-10am, already dm in booking and personal wasap but didnt reply.. call many2 time.. arrived at 3pm CH, call and still waiting until 6pm but didnt pickup.. around 630pm or an above, the owner baru sedr and tell us them didnt realize.. i just can cancel booking even though them already deducted from my account.. now awaiting for fully refund.. hope them can keep their promise.. i stuck almost 3 hours with my kids, dgn no place untk stay.. but thankful, another homestay from booking accept last minute booking check in at 7pm..

The walls of the home almost dirty (some area leaking mark also) and not repainted, most furniture was old (even the old ironing boards are still there for tenants to use and things that have been damaged are not thrown away, especially pan/wok/gas stove already rusted). The bedrooms' curtains, bed sheets, pillows & blankets, the bed frame, and mattress are worn out. I hope that the owner will take into consideration the tenant's desire to travel and not just make money. And don't wait until the day to let the tenant know how to check in, share location, and unit number even tenant has requested early (because we worry and have experienced before when we reached there the internet frequency not strong can't contact owner or search the location). What made me most dissatisfied was that the owner contacted me that day with other contact number at 2:31pm and told me how to check in, and she said that her mobile phone was left at home and she did not bring it out. Now she is using a friend's mobile phone to contact me. 🙄
