В отеле заявлена спа зона. Она раздельная для мужчин и женщин. Расположена все запутанно, множество коридоров как лабиринты. Из сауны и джакузи напрямую в бассейн не попасть. Помимо оплаты за недешевый номер берут депозит 2500 юаней, которые по выселении не возвращают, требуется несколько дней или недель для зачисления.

The staff have excellent attitude and the hotel response on enquiry is fast and accurate.

The hotel check-in/ out system fails when I check out. I cannot get a summary on the hotel expense before I leave.

Breakfast was good

Breakfast buffet was delicious. Everything from the friendly and helpful stuff. The hotel is gorgeous and beyond clean! A big thanks to Gina who helped us with our trip to The Wall! The Flo Spa was also amazing!
