Locația este foarte bine amplasată față de obiectivele turistice, magazine , restaurante, stații mijloc de transport .
Curățenia era minimalistă . Baia foarte mică.

Location was excellent, the flat comfortable.
The floors were not cleaned and the toilet and bathroom were rather dirty.

some part very dirty, like one of the bed has some uncleaned dirty part (looks like pee), and no toilet paper.

The location of the flat is great. Very close to cafes, restaurants, shopping area and metro station.
The tiles of the floor at the kitchen are broken and very dangerous if you walk barefoot

For a city as expensive as is Paris, comparing Madrid, Barcelona or Rome, ,where renting a similar apartment costs about one half than in Paris the relation prize/quality was reasonable
there are not enoug pans and the toilet door opens directly in the kitchen and dining room
