Everything was just as advertised

Our preference is a hard bed and our bed was soft. We slept quite well however and are not complaining.

The property was great, everything was in walking distance and the beach eas steps away. I will definitely return.

I have to complaints.

I love how they the property has so many things in kitchen such as pans and plates, etc. The pool is great as well i had so much fun.

The owners of the property are very nice and very helpful and always had time to assist you with any questions you might have very nice and we will be making are way back there anytime we stay in Fort Lauderdale it's are home away from home

Very nice staff and great place to stay! Can't say enough about our host Kris. Very professional and helpful to us. We will definitely come here again and would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay!

Clean, quiet, comfortable and a great location

The property was very nice and well kept. Kris, was always there for anything you might need. The property is very clean and cared for. It’s a nice peaceful place and I really enjoyed being there. The beach was very close, I would say a five minute walk.

I can not think of anything for everything was really nice and comfortable. Does not offer breakfast but there are plenty of places around the hotel or you can DoorDash some food from somewhere.

there was a microwave, coffee and some utensils, but no washing liquid or tea towels, washing up plates and cups in the bathroom was difficult.

I have stayed at numerous spots in Lauderdale by the Sea and love the proximity of the properties very close to the beach and pier(under construction). This property offers great privacy and it is 5 min walk to beach and about 10 mins to pier area. The hotel is located on N. Ocean Drive by Washingtonia Ave. That is a busy street and will subject you to some street noise. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lauderdale by the Sea.

very welcoming, our suite was clean and many amenities were available. this is our second stay at this facility and it truly feels like we’re home 😄

We were hoping for a larger remodeled apartment but ultimately it would have been more than we needed.

Apartments are nice and very clean. Pool is great. Kris is so friendly and helpful.

There's nothing to dislike

Location very close to the ocean, but no restaurants within a close proximity. Pool was kept very clean and the outdoors courtyard had great spot for relaxing under the shade.

The facility is in good shape but is dated. Owners are on site so if you need anything they are handy.

Everything, the room was clean and well kept. The location is perfect. We could walk to everything we needed.

That we couldn't stay longer. No fault of the establishment we just couldn't take more time off work.

Pool was warm. Owner was nice. Very secure.

Wasn't ready at the 3:00 check in time. Though it was only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, I was led to believe it was ON the beach.

The neighbors was loud and would sit outside our door talking at 6a. Had to ask them to move away from my door.
