The start was very comfortable. The room was well maintained and clean. The caretaker staff were very polite and courteous. The owners Amberkars were very down to earth and friendly. overall a very pleasant and homely stay. Will definitely go there next time. and will also recommend it to others.

Excellent Home stay away from our home

The staff was cordial and well behaved. The location of the property is also excellent, Malvan beach is at a walkable distance, also the market is at a walkable distance. Regarding the rooms, The rooms are very clean, hygiene is well maintained, Lunch home is just 2 mins walk, for breakfast can request the staff, they may provide the breakfast. Tea is available at the property. Was here for Ganesh chaturthi with spouse and 2 kids, Had a pleasant stay at Sai Homestay.

It's close to Malvan main market, bustop and the beach, eating places are close by. Shekat gave us good suggestions about the restaurants around. The property is clean and kept well, the surroundings and the backyard is beautiful! Good space for parking. Staff is helpful.

The food wasn't available when we reached there, so check the timing..Water flow in bathroom is slow, can be improved..

A hot water kettle would have been a help. Though not that it was necessary, but now a days lot of us are on green tea and black tea/coffee etc. Its very convenient to have a steaming cup within reach.

The room size and the amenities such as inverter back up and wifi. The backyard and Mr. Sumit was genuinely helping.
