This is my first negative review ever but I feel that I really need to warn everyone as I am still shocked and traumatized from the experience almost three months later after having booked two nights there. I should have been warned by all the other bad reviews with staff being described as „..from hell“ and as the „absolute worst person“ they ever had to deal with, „..will never visit again“, „..rather sleep on the street“ and „..very unclean and unhygienic“ and lots of other very bad reviews but unfortunately I only read those later. To make a long story short because there is not enough space here: what happened is that the employee of the Hotel did NOT let me check in, meaning that I was unable to actually stay at the Hotel but yet the hotel is still charging me to this day for a stay I was denied. The very rude front desk employee who seems to be also one of the managers told me that he would resend me a link to check in but then let me wait for a long time without resending it. I have several witnesses for this. It was clear that he was abusing his power over me in terms of wanting to let me wait on purpose. What proofs this is that when there was no one else at the entrance (this „hotel“ does not have a lobby) and only one man entered the building, he immediately switched to him and let me wait again even though this man made it clear to him that he should finish helping me first and yet he still did not do it. And there are other reviews also stating that „..online check in process was glitches and didn’t work“. I felt that this employee discriminated against me based on my gender and because I am an assertive woman who knows her rights. I have witnesses, among them a guest of the Hotel, who can testify how I was mistreated and that I was denied check in for no reason.

After waiting in the cold for hours, the employee told me that he would go ahead and cancel my reservation after I asked him again when I would finally be able to check in because I already had to cancel a very important appointment that day long after check-in time because he kept me waiting. After being told by the employee that he will go ahead and cancel my reservation I booked another hotel but now Parc Avenue Residences still makes me pay for a stay I never had and was denied check in! I then had to wait an hour in the cold again because there was no taxi in this area which is far from downtown. Moreover they are writing me threatening messages to not talk about my experiences in public and trying to intimidate me. I have read other reviews stating exactly the same intimidations so I assume that this is their tactic to try to silence people. I also met another person while standing outside for hours in the cold that day who was also unable to check in. I’m a doctor and award winning film producer. I have never ever been denied check-in in any Hotel in the entire world. I am writing this because I am sure that they will try to insinuate that I was unfriendly but their own camera footage that I asked them to safe will proof that I was acting correctly the entire time. Staff at every Hotel I have ever stayed at will to confirm that I have always been a very polite and pleasant guest. As I haven’t been refunded my money until now I will have to take legal actions against Parc Avenue Residences. They obviously know that people from abroad are less likely able to take legal action and go to court against them but if I don’t receive my money back I will pursue it legally, also to stop them from doing this to more people. In summary this was the worst experience ever! Stay away if you don’t want to end up being traumatized and denied check in and still have to pay for a stay you never got access to!

C’est un hébergement parfait pour notre famille qui compte 2 parents et 5 enfants. C’est tres beau et confortable.

L’accès à notre chambre a été difficile mais ce sont des circonstances particulières, nous sommes arrivés au milieu de la nuit et je n’avais pas reçu les liens pour la préautorisation et l’authentification puisque j’étais à l’extérieur du pays. La personne à qui j’ai parlé au téléphone ne parlais qu’anglais et moi non. Par contre, quand nous avons communiqué par texto, les réponses étaient rapides et claires.

La terrasse sur le toit avec spa malgré qu’il Manquait d’eau

Les lits ! Les sofa , les lits était des lits simple coller par deux et Pas confortable et au matin tout le monde s’est levée avec un mal de gorge ! L’air n’était pas bonne et pas d’aération , drôle d’endroit

-L’emplacement est beau, propre. -

-Le lave vaiselle n’était pas fonctionnel, ni de savon a linge

Sheets was dirty, a lot of dust on the kitchen light, shower was not very clean when I get there

We were given keys to a dirty room. Went down to complain about the room.the receptionist gave a new room. We checked into new room and went down for dinner. We get back a few hours later and someone else is in our room and are bags are gone. Are stuff was moved out of the room to another building without informing us. Breech of privacy. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I was with my kids and 2 elderly Aunts.
