خدمة الغرف بطيئة واحيانا لا يستجيبون لطلباتك

كل شي وخصوصا تعامل موظف الاستقبال Denis شكرا جزيلا وايضا الموظف Bakor خالص الشكر حقيقة اتمنى لو كان في تقييم اكثر من عشرة كنت وضعته لهذا الفندق الرائع حقيقة قمة في كل شي نعجز عن وصفه او ذكر كل مزاياه

Location is Excellent ... Staff are Great ... Breakfast and coffee is also Good

The Beds are not comfortable at all ... And the pillows are tough and with odd size and Shape ... It kicked out my allergy the next morning of what is used inside the case.

Professional and friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, bathroom, comfortable beds, pool, sauna, excellent breakfast... I choose this hotel every time when being in Sarajevo for business and was never disappointed.

The service was really bad and the staff is not guest friendly. On our second morning a small breakfast was served 1 hour to late and no one of the staff give an explanation; the restaurant was closed during our stay and the room was not cleaned on day 2. The airco was making a lot of noice and the maintenance service told us that we get used to it. My third stay in the last 12 months will my last in Swissotel. The hotel looks very nice, but the services are not those you expect from a 5* hotel.

موضوع المواقف هناك تاخير بسبب عدم وجود موظفين لي خدمة الباركنك والمواقف مطعم الافطار سي لا خدمة ولا موظفين يخدمون عملية التنظيف عدد محدود لموظفين المطعم جدا سي الصراحة

Fedt værelse med god udsigt. Fin lokation. Sej elevator. God morgenmad, og dejligt med mulighed for at få lavet omelet - sød og karismatisk omeletdame.

Vi bookede hovedsageligt hotellet for at komme i spa. Her var det flere ting, der ikke levede op til vores forventninger - jacuzzi var slet ikke tændt, som vi senere fandt ud af ville koste ekstra. Det har vi aldrig oplevet før. Derudover var bl.a. hammam under renovering. Massage var heller ikke muligt, fordi alle var på ferie åbenbart…

من افضل الفنادق ووسط المدينه وقريب من جميع الخدمات مثل الاسواق المولات والمطاعم ......الخ
