The location is fantastic - secluded and away from the city centre, but just a few minutes walk to the City Hall and bazaar. Some people have complained about the narrow streets to get there but it depends which way you come. If you come in from the east through the mountains, your sat nav will likely take you the dicey way. Just make sure to go down into the city first, and you'll come the easier way. The living area of the apartment is also really spacious. Mustafa was very accommodating: no issues with our delayed arrival, and when our car broke down on the last day, he and his friends helped us push it up the hill to try to bump start it!

The photos are true to life but obviously taken a while ago. Everything's a little scuffed and slightly shabby. It's not bad, just not quite as shiny and modern as it appears. For example, the wardrobe doors in the double room were all off their runners and couldn't be opened. (We just used the wardrobe in the other room so no big deal for us.) The listing states "free toiletries" but they just mean hand soap in the bathroom. I expected shower gel and shampoo when it said that. A few extra things would have made it feel a lot more welcoming and homely. We were only staying 2 nights so it wasn't worth buying eg a box of washing powder, so the washing machine was no use to us. I've stayed in apartments before that provide just one or two washing tablets, or some powder in a little bag, so that we can at least use the machine once. Similarly, a small amount of coffee or a few tea bags would have been nice.

Good Location: The apartment's location was convenient with easy access to amenities. Scenic River View: The view from the back of the building was truly stunning. Parking Availability: Having parking facilities was a plus. Spacious Layout: The apartment was roomy and comfortable. Quality Furniture: The furniture was of good quality and added to our comfort. Effective AC: In rooms where AC was present, it worked well. Balcony Delight: The presence of a balcony was a nice touch. Reliable Hot Water: Hot water was consistently available.

False AC Advertisement: The listing promised air conditioning in all rooms, but some rooms were without it, leaving us uncomfortable in the heat. Ironing Hassle: Despite multiple requests, it took a considerable effort to obtain an iron and ironing board. We had to resort to ironing on beds as a result. Misleading Check-In: The check-in instructions led us to a crowded location, wasting our time after a tiring journey. Lacking Cleaning Supplies: Shockingly, no cleaning tools or trash bags were provided, making it impossible to maintain cleanliness. Maintenance Issues: Broken toilet window and a cooking exhaust that filled a cupboard with smoke were major inconveniences. WiFi Woes: WiFi had to be requested, and when provided, its slow speed was a frustration. Dated Kitchenette: The kitchenette showed signs of wear and needs replacement.

Everything was just perfect, nice place, good location, very clean and the owner Mr Mustafa was very helpfull with anything we needed. We asked for a late check out at 15:00 and he said no problem at all. Wonderful view from the balcony of the mountains and the river as well. I would like to thank Mr Mustafa very much.
