absolutely nothing.

The room, No wifi, no room phone working. not working Air Conditioning unit. missing shower head unit. No working TV. Missing switches. Room not cleaned. we were moved five rooms all had multiple issues with the room so the experience was absolutely horrible unacceptable. Very poor standard of hotel and service.

First of all our train got late. We checked with them if dinner will be available they said yes however did not provide dinner and we slept without food as we reached at 2. The bed linen was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. In the morning they came up with breakfast without intimation. We were not given even a single choice in breakfast they came up with only aloo paratha and tea not even achar along with it. We asked for curd which came after 20 mins by the time breakfast became cold. We were charged for curd and a single bottle of water that we were given. Our misery did not end here. They called us up to enquire about the missing phone receiver which was never there another reason to rate it down because for every complaint we had to go to reception at 3 in the night. Staff was rude. They seemed to be a group of young thugs who did not want to listen to the guest. They kept speaking over us. It was pathetic. To end they took cash as according to them they did not have machine and when we told that the payment has to be done by card registered while booking they said their machine has been sent to the bank.

Service Staff was inexperienced but did their best to provide service. Hotels dining area needs work and even though free breakfast was promised, there were huge delays in providing the breakfast. Service could be a notch up. Still a bargain for the money.
