Ce 2 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour fantastique dans l'une des plus grandes villes d'Amérique, Hilton Head! Avec 2 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bains, cette maison de ville de vacances orientée plage a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et vous évader. Les téléviseurs à écran plat partout, Internet haute vitesse et le câble HD vous offrent beaucoup de divertissement si vous rencontrez un jour de pluie.

Hors du salon, à travers une porte coulissante en verre, notre villa dispose d'un espace extérieur privé avec des chaises et une table pour se détendre avec une tasse de café ou un verre de vin après une journée amusante. Il y a une zone gazonnée près des allées menant à la piscine et au court de tennis pour que votre animal joue tout de suite à l'extérieur.
Au deuxième étage, la chambre avant a un lit queen size, une télévision à écran plat LCD 32 pouces, un lecteur DVD et une douche à l'italienne entièrement rénovée. La chambre arrière a un lit king size, un 32 po. TV à écran plat et aussi avec lecteur DVD et sa propre salle de bain privée entièrement rénovée avec une baignoire. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont également situées au deuxième étage.
La vie est à l'aise avec une brise océanique!

Good location and great for biking with access to many fun places. There were a couple of soft spots in the kitchen flooring indicative of possible subflooring deterioration. A dog friendly Villa that needs a good overall cleaning. It's a C+ but could easily be an A- with the aforementioned addressed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. We searched listing on two platforms for days until we found this one that met all of our criteria. It is located in a favorable area within walking distance of the ocean, the complex has three pools, the A/C is cold, and we were allowed to bring our dog. As a bonus, the host was great to communicate with. Their restaurant suggestions were outstanding.

Upon arriving on the island, we easily picked up our parking pass and headed to Ocean Breeze/Tree Tops. The villa was very clean and perfectly furnished in beach themed décor. We were so happy with the supply of the basics and then some! Spices, cooking oil/spray, sea salt and pepper grinders, soaps and shampoos, laundry/dish detergent, etc. Sounds silly, but so many rentals do not provide these things. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella was available for use. Beds were made with crisp, white sheets and were very comfortable. Towels provided as well. Owners were very quick to respond...not that we had any issues, but we wanted to let them know about a broken towel rack (happened prior to our arrival) and they got right back to us. Villa was pet friendly, and our lab Charlie enjoyed the soft dog bed and beach walks. We loved the villa pools in the afternoons when the beaches got too hot. We rented bikes and rode to the beautiful beach each day (~6-7 minute ride) and out to dinner each night (favorite close dinner/brewery place was The Bank!) The backyard made you feel like you were in a jungle paradise...palms and Spanish moss everywhere. We love how bike-able this island is. We felt safe letting our teens bike to the beach and Coligny for ice-cream and coffees on their own. Overall, we had a blast...we would definitely recommend 100% and would stay in Unit 2 again in a heartbeat!

We had a 4 day trip to Hilton Head and really enjoyed this VRBO. The house had plenty of room & 3 pools on the property. We walked to the beach, Cologny Park stores, and to The spa for massages. Really good location. We cooked in a few times & enjoyed the property.

It was bigger than we thought it was going to be. A very homey and comfortable. Close enough to Alder beach fora fun dog walk and coligny beach full of shops and restaurants. Our dogs were comfortable and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Lots of paths to walk the island or ride bikes.

Just what we needed. This villa is located by the least busiest part of the beach, which we loved. Lovely bike paths as well. Hope to come back sometime again.

The condo was the perfect place to relax after exploring Hilton Head all day. It immediately felt homey. The beach wagon made it simple to pack up and go enjoy Coligney Beach. The pool at the complex was never busy so the kids loved being able to play as much as they wanted. Shopping and food was a nice bike ride away. We would totally stay again, thanks for having us!

The property was clean, quiet, comfortable, and best of all, pet friendly. We were apprehensive that our dog would be uncomfortable and wouldn't like different surroundings. She seemed to enjoy the time together as much as we did! She was comfortable at the townhouse, and absolutely loved the walks on the beach.

Our first family vacation, and first trip to the ocean for our golden retriever. It was a perfect place for this - the grounds of the property were very pet friendly with lovely walks and plenty of squirrels! Only 10 mins to the beach, which is a quieter section, but also only a 10 minute walk to Coligny circle for the shops and restaurants and busier section of beach. Beach chairs and cart provided came in very handy! All in all a perfect place for us!

Very comfortable property. Nice location, reasonable walk to the beach or you can drive to down to Coligny. Owners were very responsive. Would stay here again if I come back to Hilton Head.

The condo was clean and the bathroom renovations were beautiful! The location allowed for walking or biking to the beach, restaurants, Coligny. Having beach chairs available was nice, as well as the use of the beach wagon. As a past condo owner on HHI, I would recommend that the owners consider replacing the carpet especially on the stairs.

We had a great experience at this property. Communication with the hosts was clear, friendly, & helpful. The property is in a very convenient location — close to beaches, trails, restaurants, & shops— while still being in a quiet area. We had our two golden retrievers with us and found the area to be very dog-friendly. The condo was comfortable & had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of gear ready to get you to the beach & set up for a day of fun in the sun (wagon, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys).
