Communication was wonderful. And the follow up call (although I didn't answer it) was a surprise and a very nice touch. The location was excellent and the island is beautiful!!
Cookware was a bit worn, the skillet was warped. In the hall bathroom, my husband thought the floor may be rotting. He is a carpenter and may be a bit more critical but I did feel the toilet wiggle when I sat down.

Would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the TV and equipment connected to it.
