First and foremost - Gabriele is the best host you can imagine! He greeted us at the property and provided recommendations and all the information we needed! He was also available throughout our stay via WhatsApp and was extremely helpful when we left some stuff in the apartment after check out. The location of the apartment is central, right next to all bars and restaurants. Our room had amazing terrace with city and sea view. It was very clean and spacious. Everything was perfect! We'd recommend to anyone visiting Olbia.

We had a great vacation in this apartment, everything was super! A wonderful stay in the heart of Olbia with an incredible view. The apartments are equipped with everything you need, very clean, there is also a cleaning service every 2 days. I would like to express special thanks to Gabriele, the person who helped us with all our requests and made our vacation unforgettable! Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful! Kept clean to a very high standard. The bed was very comfy! The view from the balcony is amazing: perfect for watching the sunset! Location is excellent, very central! Gabriele is lovely and very helpful, really going out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay!

Clearly this appartment is not a 9. Absolutely expensive for the quality of the appartment. Not breakfast (not clearly specified in the description) and not even a glass or a cup to bring your own breakfast to the room. I understand that b&b and hotels in Italy can not be compared in quality to those of Spain but in this case I can not understant the average mark of booking up.

Nothing missing

The place is at a great location - at the beginning of the main pedestrian street with many restaurants around. Our host Gabriele was amazing. He gave us advice for the beautiful beaches that we visited, tips for parking and general information about Olbia. The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. Our reservation had a jacuzzi tub which was a nice addition.

The location was great, right in the old town of Olbia. Super quick walk to everything. Nice view from the window of the town. Felt like a lot of space. The bed was super comfortable. Gabriele was super nice, made check-in/out very easy, and was very helpful with recommendations.

Parking was a short walk (4-5min) but really not a problem. AC was only really in the bedroom, where it was enough.

This B&B is perfect! Gabriele, the host, has taken care of every detail, he is also extremely helpful and has given us very good recommendations. The room is big, comfortable, and extremely clean. Has a big balcony with views to the city and to the ocean. The toilet and the room have space, and enough room to storage things. I would definitely recommend this stay.

The room was wonderful (very clean, comfy bed, large bathroom), the view from the terrace astonishing (both night&day/mountain&sea view) and great location (city center, still quiet at night). On top of that, Gabriele, our host, was the best one may ever ask for! Extremely kind and helpful with anything you may need, at all times 😊 Therefore, we definitely recommend and if ever back to Sardegna, hoping Gabriele's place will still be available😀

Location and view and terrace

Perfectly located, near to the streets full of restaurants in the city, but away from the noise. The room was impressively large and also the balcony, with a wonderful view. The host were nice to assist us on giving some tips about the beaches, buses, restaurants.

we received some recommendations in terms of restaurants. But we didn't met the expectations for some of them. Check the internet reviews as well, before. Olbia is full o o hidden gems in terms of food.

You cannot book a better place than this one. It's clean, comfortable, well located and the host is super nice. He was very helpful and showed us around the area. Thank you for this amazing stay.
