Location is close to Hassan II mosque which is a great place to visit. Apartment is big and kitchen well equipped. It is secure and security people is friendly, although they don't speak English. There is a small supermarket nearby. Beds are Ok, but mattress is quite hard.

Reception not quite smooth, person receiving appeared by chance, not English speaking, only contacted English speaking person in charge through phone. Shower leaks water to floor, a lot. No toilet paper, no toiletries, barely some soap remaining. Apartment feels cold, air-conditioned not working , then I read is for charge. Didn't even receive the code for outer entrance and security person once were not there, so I was just lucky someone opened. Surroundings not great beside being close to sea.

No breakfast and the location was not beautiful

The furniture is old and the bathrooms are shabby

Do not have enough towels, dont have hair dryer and dont have any locker if we need to safe our luggage after the morning check out
