Nice place for a small party. Bathroom, kitchen, and floors have been updated. Bed and bed coverings were very comfortable. Something wrong with the toilet. Flush tank takes hours to refill. Had to use bathroom trashcan to flush toilet. Also, toaster oven was rusty & needs replacement. Sofa & chair not comfortable.

Absolutely loved the proximity to the Snowflake Lift and the Four O' Clock run. We were also able to take a short walk to Main Street for dinner in the evenings. Property manager was also very responsive. Great stay in Breckenridge!

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I and our dog spent 9 nights in Breckenridge at Wildwood Suites 107. The location is great and we really appreciated the opportunity to bring our pet. Our son & his wife joined us for a couple days and there is no way this unit can comfortably accommodate more than 2 people. It is very dated and minimally appointed - no wine glasses, only 2 coffee cups, few serving pieces or appliances, etc. It was functional but barely so for anyone planning to cook and eat there rather than heading to Breck for meals. There were racks to hang skis just inside the door with a mat that would hold 2 pairs of ski boots but little else in the way of places to store or hang items. We were able to ski almost right to the door at the end of every day but the hike uphill to the Snowflake Lift was no easy 5 minute stroll, especially for those less accustomed to high altitude. Upon our arrival we discovered the thermostat wasn't working and it was 58° in the unit. We contacted the property manager who sent someone over who was able to get the heat going by adjusting the hot water valve behind the couch to fully open. He was going to have a plumber come fix it the following day. This plumber never came and the thermostat never worked properly though my husband did get pretty good at messing with the valve behind the couch to adjust the temperature in the unit - not exactly ideal given the cost of staying there. There is a hot tub & sauna on property BUT there is no maintenance of the area around the hot tub so it was so icy & slippery around it that it was downright dangerous getting in and out. Most other places we've stayed with outdoor hot tubs have been pretty diligent about clearing the area around the tub. It's not unusual to have to step out into recent snow that they haven't had a chance to clear but I've never been to a place that apparently just doesn't ever bother to clear it. Would I recommend this property to a friend? Maybe...with strong reservations.

This place was perfect for us. It had all of the basics and was very convenient for the snowflake lift. We were a little confused by the directions on the first day to get to the lift and I’m not sure we ever found the trail, but we were able to figure out how to get there. It would have been nice to have some kind of smart device (fire stick or roku or something) to watch movies in the evening, but overall a great place to stay.

Nice condo right off the 4 o’clock run. We enjoyed the easy check-in process, cleanliness of the condo, dog- friendliness , and ease of access to the ski lifts. Would return and recommend to others.

Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for our weekend in Breckenridge. Clean condo with easy access and within walking distance of downtown. Directions and instructions were clear and concise. Everything you need for a weekend stay was provided by our host. Would definitely book the same place when returning.

This place was in a great location, easy to walk to town and trails. Clean, comfy and had everything we needed. We love to travel with our dog so this was the best. Toby was very responsive, replied quickly and very helpful.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The owner was incredibly quick to respond, the property was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice having a sliding back door to take our dog out instead of going through the complex. The property is within walking distance to downtown. We would definitely stay again!

This spot was exactly what we needed this week. We live in summit but are in between leases and needed a place to WFH and hang with the dogs for a few days. The condo was clean and simple and opened out to a beautiful little creek and nice yard. Access to lots of good hikes and very centrally located. Would definitely stay here again.

A mountain stream was out our backdoor (which was a plus). The condo was older than we were use to. But probably due to being pet friendly. Not many were pet friendly. The managers were extremely accommodating when we had a question. The only item of concern was there was no anti-skid mat for the show/tub combination. We used a towel while taking a shower. Overall it was a great place for your pet and closeness to the downtown area.

Love the outdoor area it is so relaxing and doesn’t feel like you’re right in the middle of town. Bed was a little uncomfortable for my liking but everything else was great!

We had a great time in Breck and were very comfortable in the condo. We were able to walk to Main Street easily, but also felt like we were in the woods since the patio faces a beautiful stream. There were tables by the stream as well that provided areas to eat by the stream. The furniture and bed were comfortable and everything was in working order in the kitchen and bathroom. There was a bit of noise from upstairs at times - I'd recommend getting a sound machine for the bedroom. We brought ours and it helped. Great place to stay though and we would definitely return. The hot tub was the highlight of the stay!

Easy from start to finish. This was our first time in Breckenridge and we could not have asked for a better location. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely book again!

We stayed at Four O'Clock for 5 weeks in June 2022. You cannot beat the location! It is less than a two block walk to Main Street. The creek and shaded area by it is just outside the sliding glass door and its relaxing sound can be heard inside the condo anytime a window is open. The easy hike up Sawmill Creek is beautiful and nearly always shady. We had a couple of minor issues upon arriving, but the management group took care of each immediately even though it was a Sunday. This condo is perfect for a short stay, however for a long one like ours, it would be helpful if there were a few more amenities in the kitchen, i.e., measuring cups and spoons, since we did a fair amount of cooking. Be aware that even though this property is located on the ground floor, there are stairs to maneuver when you are moving in. Most people aren't unloading for a 5-week stay so it probably isn't a problem for most. My husband had just had back surgery so I unloaded everything. When I called management to ask the best place to park to do this. they suggested a helpful area and even offered to send someone to help me unload. Now that's great service! We will definitely use Breckenridge Resort Managers again.

It was great having access right out of the back of the unit for my dog and me. It made it super easy to take him for a quick walk and the sound of the river was enchanting. The property manager was very responsive when I had issues unlocking the front door.

We absolutely loved staying at Toby’s place. It had everything we need and the rushing stream was such a peaceful lullaby at night. And the bed was so comfortable. We hope to visit again.

At 10:30pm we pulled out the sofa bed. There was a funky blanket folded in there. The mattress was nasty and didn’t have a mattress cover on it. We found clean sheets and pillows in the closet. We used the funky blanket as a mattress cover, since it was better than the mattress. There were no pillow cases and the pillows didn’t have protective covers on them. No additional blankets. I called the contact number provided and the answering service informed me that management would contact me in the morning. Fortunately we had brought an extra blanket and the adults got the 2 pillows from the bedroom. The pullout bed frame was broken and horrible to sleep on. Those issues were addressed the following morning. The tub had a slow draining issue, which turned out to be a lot of hair stuck in the drain, which I pulled out. At that point my daughter didn’t feel comfortable staying the second night and returned home with the 2yr old and dog. It’s such a great location and setting, right next to a beautiful creek, but cleanliness and basic comfort wasn’t happening and that was unacceptable. I can provide photos.

Our stay was fantastic and we really enjoyed ourselves. The only down side was that the walls and floors are really thin and out upstairs neighbors were incredibly loud and their dog howled almost every night. Luckily we spent most of our time on the mountain and we weren’t in the room to much. Walking to the snow flake lift was super easy. I would definitely rent this location again in the future.
