Les deux appartements sont au 3ème étage - NO LIFT. Les appartements sont bien équipés. Bien que l'un à côté de l'autre, seul le lit double dispose d'un balcon avec une table et des sièges pour se détendre avec un verre ou une collation tout en profitant de la vue sur la mer et en regardant les passants. Promenez-vous dans la ville ou le port historique avec ses boutiques pittoresques, ses bars et ses restaurants, dont le célèbre «restaurant No 11» de Damien Hirst! En dessous des appartements se trouve le très populaire "restaurant italien Giovanni & Luca" avec des prix raisonnables et une atmosphère charmante. Ne le manquez pas! En face des appartements, vous trouverez une fonction "Crazy Golf" pour jouer ou simplement regarder le plaisir! Promenez-vous jusqu'au port pour une excursion sur l'île de Lundy, pêchez au gros ou observez les allées et venues avec une glace ou un fish & chips! L’autre direction est le Landmark Theatre et au-delà, de beaux jardins, une promenade sur la falaise et les célèbres plages du tunnel. Près des plages et à seulement 20 minutes en voiture du paradis du surf à Woolacombe & Croyde. Il y a aussi le golf et l'équitation à proximité et le sentier Tarka pour une marche et un vélo plus énergiques. Il n'y a pas de parking réservé mais les parkings sont proches et les permis peuvent être obtenus auprès de l'office de tourisme.

The flat was well equipped and very comfortable for two. It is in a good location for walking around Ilfracombe. It has things like washing up liquid, salt, pepper, oil, cling film, etc which means you don’t have to bring these with you. There is also some tea, coffee, and sugar and the owner leaves some milk and biscuits so you can have a cuppa when you first arrive. That was very much appreciated! The Italian restaurant round the corner does very good food. Wi-Fi works well. All in all, the flat was ideal for us for a short stay.

We had the best 9 nights here. The apartment is located in the most perfect location, on the top floor, looking out onto Ilfracombe with stunning sea views. Ideal for people watching! Arcades, fish and chips, ice creams, mini golf, coffee and restaurants more on less on your door step (the Italians literally is😂). The apartment was spacious and clean with a lovely new bathroom. Everything you could need and more was thought about. We really were so lucky to drop on this a few weeks before arrival! Thanks for a fab stay!

What a fab location! Right in the middle of Ilfracombe. Easy walk to the statue of Verity and equally short walk to the Tunnel beaches in the other direction. Right by the crazy golf which we all loved and great view from the hill just in front of the sunset. We had a fab stay. Great for families!

Fabulous apartment with stunning views. Extremely comfortable, with everything you need to make our stay very enjoyable. Balcony was gorgeous ideal location for a drink and lots of people watching an ideal to spend an afternoon. Did not want to go home, will definitely return. Sea Rock Apartment 8 was the perfect place to call home for our 3-night stay in this beautiful part of North Devon. It could not be located any better to enjoy all that Ilfracombe has to offer.
Apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and very fairly priced (I kid you not we looked elsewhere in the country and for the same number of nights and price all we could get was a motor home on someone’s drive!).
Lots of people mention the stairs, but the listing is honest enough to bring this to attention so came as no surprise and even after a hefty walk to hele beach and back they were not an issue.
The information pack sent was very helpful and led to us sorting out parking before we arrived meaning we could park in selected car parks for just £15 for all four days.
We parked in the car park opposite for 20 mins whilst we unloaded the car which led to us being issued a PCN so just be wary that this car park is ANPR controlled (100% our fault and the information pack even stated to park on the road whilst unloading). Don’t make the same mistake (or pay!).
It was lovely and sunny whilst we were there, and the balcony is quite the sun trap - very nice to watch the sun set with a glass of wine.
We will be returning to Ilfracombe at some point, and we would not hesitate in booking Sea Rock Apartment again.

Loved this little flat, very clean, tidy, light and airy apartment in a great location with a fantastic view! Communication was fantastic all round and checkin process so easy. Can’t recommend enough if you are in North Devon, will definitely be back 😀

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the apartment. The balcony is a real sun trap in the afternoon and great for sunsets, the kitchen well-equipped, thoughtful welcome pack.
The apartment is close to plenty of places to eat close by. The harbour is great for crabbing. Lots of boat trip options. Would recommend for a family break.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It’s clean, tidy and well kept. We’ve stayed in a few apartments in ilfracombe over the years and it wasn’t until we stepped into this one that we realised we stayed in it previously. 2016 we even found our notes in the guest book. We would definitely stay there again and the stairs are not a problem.

Lovely property, perfect for a stay in pretty Ilfracombe. Very clean and tidy, neat layout, comfortable beds and all the utensils you need.
Marvellous little balcony with great view of the cove and the pub roof terrace below - plenty of relaxing people watching to be had!
Lots of stairs though, so if you’re walking is an issue, maybe not for you.

Fantastic Apartment To Explore Ilfracombe
Communication with the owner ahead of our stay was easy and our questions were answered promptly. The flexibility offered by Loretta was also very welcome. Ahead of arrival Leanne was also "on hand" to assist with the check in/check out process.
The apartment was extremely clean and all amenities were as described on the VBRO site. Everything was accommodated for to ensure our holiday apartment felt like home. The "welcome essentials" were also a lovely touch.
Please don't be put off by the stairs to the property, they really are not an issue and the view from the upper floor is definitely worth it and great exercise.
This was our first visit to Ilfracombe, and we quickly discovered how the location of the apartment is perfect for couples and families. You are a very short walk from everything Ilfracombe has to offer.
From the Tunnel Beaches to the harbour, the exquisite restaurants to the traditional public houses. Ilfracombe is a lovely holiday destination. We will definitely return.

Wonderful views from the balcony. Close to everything in Ilfracombe. Be prepared for some excellent exercise climbing the 52 stairs to the apartment 😊
Our one recommendation would be to get a bigger twin bed. My feet hung over the edge and it’s not wide enough for two. Otherwise excellent stay.

When can I come back?
This property is perfect for a relaxing week in Ilfracombe. Great location with brilliant sea views (and sounds). Devon is for the explorer so a few flights of stairs didn’t put us off nor should it anyone else who is looking to adventure in Devon. Everything you need in comfortable walking distance. Italian restaurant on ground floor is wonderful as was the local cinema. The property makes a great base for a week with nothing missing to make it a home from home. We were met promptly and with a big smile by Leanne. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The tea, coffee, milk with a packet biscuits left for us was much appreciated. The stairs to the apartment are a challenge but worth the view from the balcony where we enjoyed an afternoon drink overlooking the sea. The location is fantastic, near to all amenities, historical sites to see and plenty of places to eat and drink. There is Car parking in the next street around the back of the apartment and costs £8 a day.

The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, it is at top of an old building, 3rd floor and no lift, so steps may be an issue for some
The apartment is homely, with comfy sofa’s, it’s in a fantastic location but doesn’t have parking, so you do need to find a car park, that allows overnight parking, there is one around the corner, behind the church, reasonably priced £8 for 24 hours, the car park (almost) next door, is short stay only with no overnight
We stayed over the August bank holiday and had a wonderful time, town was very busy and we did hear a lot of noise, until quite late / early hours, on both Friday / Saturday but not sure if that is normal or just the Bank holiday crowd
