Situé à Scottsdale, ce charmant maison pour 624 € par nuit est un fantastique choix pour votre prochain pause Notre maison fabuleuse maison dispose de lumières de la ville et de belles vues Pinnacle Peak ainsi que des montagnes environnantes. La maison est située dans une zone exclusive très privée mais très proche de toute l'action avec un accès facile aux autoroutes. Profitez de notre cour arrière de style resort qui comprend un court de tennis, un terrain de basket, des greens de golf, une piscine, un spa et un barbecue. Il y a aussi deux foyers et une cheminée à l'extérieur ramada l'arrière-cour est entièrement clôturé.
La maison est à quelques minutes du parcours de golf Grayhawk et du golf de Troon North. Juste un court trajet en voiture sur l'autoroute peut vous amener à l'un des meilleurs centres commerciaux dans le pays appelé Fashion Square Mall. En chemin, vous pouvez vous arrêter au Talking Stick Casino qui dispose également d'un practice de golf Top Golf qui est génial. Ils ont aussi deux excellents cours.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Only negative is the back bedroom and bathroom need renavated; maybe could scale back on all the kitchen dishes and glasses. But location and outdoor area are beautiful and can’t be beat.

Eight long term friends rented the house on Casitas Dr. for five days, The location is close to all the courses we like to play and convenient to grocery stores. We cook all our meals and the kitchen is well equipped for whatever we need. This house has a spectacular location , the skyline view is gorgeous , sunsets and nighttime citylights are enough to be a highlight. The huge property has at least two fire pits , the gas pit is the best for evenings with the sparkle of the city lights in the background .
Cherrell ( property manager) is responsive and accessible , if required.
We would highly recommend this property.

This property is nothing short of amazing! Visited the 1st week of the new year, Jan, 2024. Our family goal is to visit every state, and this years trip was AZ. Our family is myself, my husband and our 22 yr old son, 20 yr old son and 12 yr old daughter. Traveling is hard with such a diverse age range, and we know wont last much longer. This house checked all the boxes! The house is set up perfect for us, with room to spread out. Great kitchen for family meals. But the best part is the backyard and the views. Every sunset was picture perfect. We didnt get to enjoy the pool due to the weather (highs in the upper 50's), but got use of the hot tub, basketball court, played pickle ball and tennis and golf as well. I highly suggest if staying here you plan 1 day to enjoy the property. We were going to go golfing one day, but instead enjoyed a day full of outdoor activity at the house. Its also very private which is great. And for us, staying here allowed a short trip from the airport, a trip to the Suns game (30 mins) and a trip to Sendona for the day (2 hours), so we got to see a lot of AZ. Overall I highly suggest this property, you wont be disappointed.

We had a wonderful short stay here. The property was well kept and beautiful. We brought our daughter who is a little over 1 and she had a great time exploring. The home has a lot of soul and is in a fantastic location. Highly recommend and if we have a need to rent again we will look for availability. The owner is also incredibly responsive and kind!

We loved staying here! We played a little tennis, swam, enjoyed sunsets in the spa, and did a little putting all without leaving the property. It was beautiful! The property manager was amazing as well! She is fantastic! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

My husband and I, and our sons and daughter-in-law and my sons girlfriend have been to this property a few times. I look on Verbo for other properties that may be available, but nothing compares to this property. We look forward to staying at this home every year. There is no other property like it. We feel so blessed when we are there. The home could be remodeled, updated a little bit, we really don't spend much time inside the house since the pool and hot tub are where we really love being most of the time, otherwise we are usually all in the kitchen. It's odd but it's like a second home feeling. We look forward to going back next year again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay ! The place was exactly as described and had everything we could ever need. It's so peaceful and quiet and we loved relaxing outback in the afternoons. Close to so many attractions , we did quite a bit of sightseeing in the cooler mornings. We would definitely come back again and we think our kids would love the property too! Also the master bed is so comfortable! Can't wait to go back.

This property has a stunning view, amazing pool/hot tub, activity court, patio/fire pits. We totally enjoyed our family vacation with our adult kids. Lots of great dining in the area. Highly recommend this property!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures on VRBO did not do the house justice. It was even better than I thought it was going to be by looking at the pictures. The property manager Cherrel was very attentive, helpful, and responsive. We will come back to her property again. The location was perfect, the views were spectacular, and the house amenities made the stay even better.

A group of friends met to enjoy some tennis and swimming. We had a fantastic time. The property really did have everything... every piece of cookware and appliance you may need, great sheets and linens, plenty of towels, games, books, immaculate grounds, and a great view.

Pristine, spacious and tranquil. The view is amazing and the sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. The amenities are just as advertised and the pictures do not do the property justice. We wanted for absolutely nothing and the location’s proximity to hiking, shops, grocery and restaurants is superb.

Second visit to this property and hopefully we will be back again! So much to do; pool/spa, tennis, golf, nearby hiking, close to Scottsdale - we had a blast! Firstly, the photos do not do this. Beautiful home and property justice. There were nine of us and it was a comfortable stay. Plenty of outdoor living space. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the pool and gathering around the outside fire pit. The early morning views all the way through to sunset was stunning.

We spent 5 days at the Pinnacle Peak Heights property. There were 8 friends who have been doing this trip for 20 years . We found this property to meet our every need . We cook every night and the kitchen was very well equipped . The property was spectacular, great sunset views, nighttime city lights with daytime mountain views. There were 3 diffferent outdoor fire pits The hot tub worked perfectly.
Cherrel was easy to communicate with and did anything she could to meet our requests.

We decided to ditch the Pacific NW January weather and visit this home a 2nd time. It was just as exciting and perfect as the first time. Like my title mentions , when you have a pool , hot tub , great indoor / outdoor kitchens , full size sport court , there is much need to go out as often. Granted we visted the zoo , did Top Golf over a period of 5 days , however we hung out at the home a majority of the time. The landscaping is immaculant and all of the rooms are furnished to the hill. We have stayed at ALOT of Scottsdale VRBO's and this is our favorite by far. Having a paved road all the way to the front door is a benefit in itself as most properties don't. Working with Cherrel made the trip stress free and very inviting. HIghly Recommend !

This property and location are amazing! The pool is huge and beautiful. Cherrel was amazing with any question or need we had. This house is so well stocked with things for fun, pool toys, plenty of tennis rackets and balls and pool towels. You are quietly removed into the desert, yet so close to everything. Truly a wonderful stay.

The several seating areas and large yard allowed us to watch the sunset from different places each night from a different perspective and each view was amazing. What an amazing place! We were a group of college friends there for a girls' trip and while we usually leave our rentals for dinners etc, we only left once during our 4 day stay! We felt like we were at our own personal spa for the long weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

Super private and beautiful. Gorgeous views, pool and community. Excellent restaurants and shopping near by without feeling like you are “in the city.” I love this venue! I have stayed here before and will book it every trip back to Scottsdale. ❤️
