Appartement ligt niet niet ver van station Mattabiau en er is een fietsenverhuur op 400 meter. Het appartement is enigszins gedateerd maar praktisch ingericht en voldeed volledig aan onze wensen. De gastheer is praktisch en vriendelijk. In de ochtend konden we in de zon op het balkon ontbijten.

Het ontbreken van een snijplank en keukenmes.

The appartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was spacious for 4 people. Kitchen was useful and the owner kindly left towels for us. There is the air conditioner that works well so that the whole appartment was worm.

Not critical but things that can be improved: Netflix was really slow to download and almost impossible to watch., the washing machine is old so it takes long time and was noisy., the wifi did't work for the last several days.

Property it’s self is very pleasant, comfortable and relatively clean. The location is also quite good (around 20 minute walk from the nearest metro station). Also a lovely swimming pool!

However the host was extremely unpleasant to me and my friends, and unfairly demanded an additional damage charge even though there was no damage done to the property at all. Not a very pleasant host .

The apartment is lovely - the photos don't do it justice! And is fully equipped with everything we needed! The communication between the host was very helpful and efficient and the pool was nice and clean. It's about a 30 minute walk to the centre (about 11€ in a taxi) and 20mins to the train station. Brilliant price for what you get!

No wine glasses in a French property! Large bread/carving knife needed. We couldn't get WiFi and all the instructions came by email (comprehensive after we accessed the WiFi in the property)
