Check in was easy and the hosts were fantastic with communication before and during our brief stay. The home is older, but it's clean and bright. Our events were downtown and this location was only an easy 20 min drive (not on the interstate - yay!). Grocery shopping and fast food options were close by, too.

Check in was easy and communication was excellent. The place had everything we needed and the hosts quickly attended to any issues. This is a street that has tons of cute houses and an apartment building at the corner. We had no problems with our stay, and were comfortable. Very cute back yard balcony area too. I'd stay here again.

Sheets and comforters were covered with nasty and disgusting stains…next to a sketchy motel. Lots of foot traffic on the street. Responsive host.

My vacation to Atlanta was so nice and it was just enhanced by my stay at jefferson park. The home was perfect for us and had everything that a family could need, also was super clean. It is in a nice secure neighborhood that was close enough to restaurants and entertainment as well as the main highways so I didn't even manage to get lost. Edwyn and darlene were super responsive to all of my messages and I will definetly be staying here next time I head to Atlanta. Thank you so much for letting me stay at your home.

I had rented this property for a weekend trip for 2 of my friends and I, the moment we got there it was easy to get in we had no trouble. The place was clean and tidy. Very cozy and overall we enjoyed our stay! Will definitely think about renting with them next time again!

My band needed an easy quiet place to sleep after a gig and this fit the bill nicely. Quiet and comfortable, with a driveway for the van. We would stay again!

We stayed at this property because we were attending a conference at Georgia International Conference Center which is about 10 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood without much traffic. We felt safe throughout our stay. Checkin was easy and the home was clean, cozy and equipped with essentials (cookware, towels, iron) needed for our stay. The host was easily accessible throughout our stay. A+

The owners were very kind and assisted me with accommodation for my graduation. They stayed available as even my virtual tour guide for ATL. The property felt like home, smelled beautiful, and gave good energy. I enjoyed the intimacy of the house and loved the Ice machine. They were very thoughtful. I would recommend this property. They made a stressful event for me seamless, and I can't thank them enough.

This house was cozy and perfect! Yes, it is an older home, but it had lots of charm and character. Check in was a breeze and there was no issue with the door (as stated in a different guest's review). I am a neat freak so I was impressed with how clean the place was and the beds were COMFORTABLE! It's literally 15 minutes or less from the airport and also a short drive to the midtown night life. While most owners allow no smoking whatsoever on their properties, I LOVE that the owners have a designated area on their outside screened in porch. We enjoyed our hookah. The house was stocked with everything you'd need, iron, towels, linens, cookware, coffee maker, etc. They even provided toiletries like soap and toothpaste. Although the property is located next door to an efficiency lodging building, we still felt extremely safe and it was abnormally quiet the entire three days my friend and I were there. Oh, one thing I was really impressed by was that the owners took extra care in creating a booklet for recommendations in the area - kind of like what you'd expect to see in a hotel room. Very considerate. If you're thinking about staying, stop thinking and book it.

The property owner provided prompt and accurate communication. The property is a little bigger on the inside than it looks and the neighborhood was quiet. The larger bedrooms made the stay more comfortable. I didn't get to use the kitchen appliances but it's nice to have a full sink and stove. The bathroom is a tight squeeze and more attention needs to be paid to cleaning the corners of the tiles on the floor.

This was an okay place to stay for a night. Bathroom was dirty.

We loved the home, I would recommend trimming the greenery around the steps and close to the driveway. when its rainy it makes navigating the walkway kind of dangerous. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The house was as expected. Cute and close to the airport. Didn't realize there was an efficiency lodge directly next door. We were safe and nothing happened but definitely was uneasy with the hotel traffic next door. For the price and what we needed it was sufficient. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

This was my first time traveling to Atlanta & i booked my stay kind of late but luckily this host had something available and she was there for me my entire stay! House was clean, beds were comfortable, and location was nice!

We highly enjoyed our stay. The property was nothing short of what was described and was perfect for our family stay. We stayed for 4 days traveling for our Holy Days ( Passover, Unleavened bread , Feast of First Fruits). While there were some debates about the area , East Point , as far as safety, our stay was quite the opposite . Very peaceful and quiet, centrally located to food, stores etc, and is approximately 30 mins give or take from various areas in Atlanta area. Our family definitely felt safe, sound and at home in this stay. The host were very prompt and sweet in regards to any questions or needs. Extra towels , toiletries, blankets etc were all accessible and on hand and everything was very simple a clean. Comfortable beds and chairs, clean linens, rooms are good size and have enough space to move around in. The check in / check out process was easy, the only issues is the front door code can be a little tricky to access at first ( no need to use the thumb recognition) , but is no problem after the first go around. We were greeted by a lively and lovely group of bumble bees , but they posed no issue at all and are very harmless and quite fun to watch on the either porch( our little one was quite fascinated with them as well). The only other thing to note is that the front door does not have a top glass, but again that posed no issues for us either. Loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

First the owner was great with communication and was available for us when we had an issue checking in late at night. THANK YOU. The house is quiet, it sits on a quiet street. Most importantly for us it’s a quick drive to the airport and not more than 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this pleasant home. It was very cozy. The house was neat and tidy, everything was into its place and there was a booklet that laid out the details of the house, places to visit, and information about the location and contact info for the host. The host were very welcoming and hospitable. The communication was key to me as well, anything I needed or if there was a concern, they were willing and available to meet our needs. The location was great and the neighborhood was nice. I would look this property up again when I come back for another visit. Great stay.
