- Staff extremely helpful, always willing to support us as much as possible - There's a working hairdryer in the bathroom

- We came at 1:40pm, and the receptionist insisted we must wait will 2:00pm to check- in. Though she instructed us to leave the luggage in the keeping room and led us to the common room to wait. The common room was more than fantastic with its library of photo books in English. Actually this turned out a plus point :) - The manhole in female bathroom was stuck so the water was floating on the floor pretty much when I came in.
