Location and property was perfect!

The property was very clean, well kept, pool was great, loved the various sitting areas. location was close to downtown, however we were happy to have a car for groceries and trips to the beach.
Overall very nice. Very quick responses to questions from the owner, great service.
There is warm water, not hot so heating water for dishes was needed. outdoor shower is warmer than the indoor / however this was not a big problem for our family and did not impact our enjoyment of the property.

There a smell of mildew in the house.

it was very spacious and staff Romansa is extremely nice and helpful. the location was great close to everywhere. the water pressure is strong love the shower room.
It was not perfectly clean. noisy neighbors.

Excellent property and location, really close to the beach and Jacó's center. Fully equipped kitchen and barbeque, pool and external bathroom/shower were really helpful.
The check-in/out was a breeze :)
