Property clean and quiet as advertised
Bedding had very strong fabric softener smell for sensitive adults We would have liked a few chairs outdoors to relax on. Overall comfortable apartment

We were pleased with the property. It was a good spot for us; near Misquamicut and the ferry to Block Island. It’s not a luxury property but plenty comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, We lost the key to the place one evening and the owners were responsive to our call immediately as to how we could enter. Thank you!

The house was clean and although we only really slept there because we were always on the go, the beds were comfortable and the setup was perfect for my family! I hope there will be a next time for us…we really enjoyed the area!

This is a cute little 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor! Worked out perfect for us. Has everything you need just need to buy your own food and beverages. Ray & Estelle we’re very easy to work with and very friendly. Thanks again for your hospitality 😊

This super clean basement apartment was a great last minute option to paying the exorbitant hotel prices. Great for our group and only 15 minutes from Misquamicutt State Beach.
It was a secluded location and our hosts respected our privacy.

My husband and I chose this Vrbo because the price and location was up our alley .
This beach house property is in a great location and the neighborhood was very quiet and the home was very cozy . ,My husband and I was in Rhode Island for my daughters wedding which was in Westerly , R.I , which is one of the reasons we chose this property very convenient to the near by attractions and beaches . We really enjoyed our stay in Rhode Island .

Close to beach, parks, restaurants, and activities. Nice privacy on dead end street. Small apartment, simple, perfect for vacation without worry of lots to clean up at end of stay. Great communication with owners. Clean and air conditioned. Would rent again.

Great get away!
It was a great get away location! Close to the beaches (even though it was out of season lol) - wifi/cell reception was a little spotty at times, but that was no issue for us! Met the owners who were so friendly and helpful! Lots of things to do in the area as well. Will definitely look at coming back!

Vrbo poor communicater
Great place and terrific hosts, but Vrbo does not communicate well between renter and host. Everyone is not comfortable with "smart phone" messaging.

We were looking to stay near our favorite Charlestown beaches. This place was so close. It was exactly what we hoped to find! We weren’t there much since the whole purpose of our stay was to be at the beach as much as possible but the time we spent there was very comfortable. The kitchen was wonderful for making our meals in. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The linens smelled nice and fresh. What a surprise to find both rooms to be large in addition to the big open living space. It really is a fantastic place to stay. We would love coming here with our family or another couple since there is plenty of room to spread out.
