This was an absolute nightmare! First arrived tired, went to sleep and next day woke up with insect bites. We thought it were moskitos, but next 2 days we actually found some bedbugs. Left immediately next day - manager was denying bugs until we told him to come and see for himself. To be fair - I got back 50% of the price, but it´s still absolutely ridiculous that the apartment is still on booking. Take this stuff down and blacklist it for 1 year, cleaning it with special chemic stuff every month until all bugs die, for God´s sake!
Also: fridge too cold - froze our salad to ice, the kitchen equipment is pretty bad and in a rough shape, the pictures don´t tell the truth about the apartment.

we had a bad stay at this apartment , to much bugs in this house, my children were scared and cried all night and barely slept, and too much lice on the bad pillo and sheet . very bad apartment to stay, Very bad experience staying here.😡😡😡picture are fake not the apartment same as picture.show on booking. com

bathroom no toilet roll door stuck on closing ,shower drain full in 2 minutes. not same as in pictures shows. phone contact number not answering. blanket condition not good enough, mattress need to change in second bedroom.

It was a nice cozy apartment with enough space for a family with upto 3 kids. Lots of utensils at kitchen. A small balcony at back was useful for smoking :)
Only one toilet, although the property is being rented to 2 families with 1 kid in each. I found it is ideal for 1 family with 3 kids (1 big kid, 2 smaller - fittable in bunk bed). Kitchen exhaust not working. Some problem with WC-flush.

Cleanliness was bad, Dishwasher was dirty, Oven was not cleaned up, fridge is problematic. Pathetic Towels/Napkins, No proper lightings, No curtains to the glass windows, no TV.

The rooms are very warm. There’s only one trash bin. The toilet is very small and the flush is not functioning. Their cooking utensils are not so tidy and some are defect.

Location, location, location! Also it was a large size for our family of 5
A little run down (curtains were torn), bed blankets/sheets worn and need to be replaced. I recommend to put a little TLC and money back into the place for some minor things to make it nicer, but the size and location almost makes up for it. We booked our trip late and this was the last places available, so we were lucky. My wife got eaten alive from misquitos next to me at night, but I was left alone! odd...

The location was good
1. When we booked the property, the pictures showed there are 2 bathroom and toilets and unfortunately the property only had one bathroom and toilet.
2. Under the facilities option on booking.com shows the property had a garden, the owner replied to us stating that there is no garden with this property and instead suggested that we can cancel the apartment for free and we can search for a new accommodation. We obviously didn't go for this option as it was very hectic with the amount of luggage we had and we were already tired with the long travel.
3. The flush in the toilet was not working/stuck. It was taking 10-12 mins for the water to fill after every flush. It was frustrating to wait in the toilet trying to flush and the water to fill in before other family member used the toilet. The property owner did not respond to this issue.
5. The house was not cleaned properly. The kitchen cabinet had sugar/salt spilled all over the place which were expired. We have photos clicked if required to show the proof.
6. There were cobwebs and a live spider spotted on the bedroom ceiling.
7. There were maybe bugs in d bed and we had bug bites on our skin.
4. For the three days we stayed in the property there was no hot water in the bathroom and kitchen, the hot water only came in d morning of our check out.
The whole experience was terrible. We didn't like anything in the property except for its location and the facilities mentioned on booking website do not match with the actual property. We believe that the amount we paid is too much compared to the property and it’s associated services. Hence, we strongly believe that a refund should be applicable for the terrible experience me and my family members had to face.

If you can, just avoid this place. The central location of the place (might be the only good thing) and the bed that is quite ok are not worth the rest of the negative things.
The host was not communicative and not responsive. The place was super dirty even though check-out is at 10am and check-in at 4pm - I don't know what they are doing in these 6 hours because they're definitely not cleaning the place.
There was no warm water in the shower, and with that I mean the water was ice cold. And I don't expect a perfectly equipped place but please at least soap in the toilet is not asking for too much, right?
probably they're only surviving off tourists because otherwise I don't know who would stay in this place

There was so many bug in bed and in one room. And no good equipment in kitchen.

toilet and bathroom was not clean at all, there were no toilet rolls or soap/shampoo.. Kitchen did not have any bowls and rest of the available utensils were not cleaned.
Bathrooms door was very bad and not properly closing, we had use too much of efforts close and open the bathroom door.
Toilet flush was not working properly and flush was continuously leaking, later it stopped working after 2 days, I had to fix it manually by myself.
Bathroom sink got chocked, when informed the host. they did not bother to even reply back.

The only thing going for the apartment is the location which is excellent...
The owners are irresponsible and just don't care.. they are impossible to get in touch with.. I tried to contact them several times - almost 10-15 calls out of which they picked up 1 time, 2 responses out of 10-15 messages each in WhatsApp and in the booking.com app..
The bad smell starts right from the start when you enter the apartment building, the lobby was dirty with garbage thrown around. The pics do not match the apartment, the apartment was dirty and the smell was bad, the bathroom was stinking, the Windows were stained and dirty as well, around 3 lights did not work, 1 each in 2 bedrooms and 1 in the entrance.. only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for a stay of 5 days.. the beds smelled and seemed dirty, towels were torned and had small holes.. when I complained to the owner about the smell in apartment and bathroom, and asked him to at least provide an air freshener, he actually laughed and told me to open the windows, for replacing the lights he wouldn't commit to when he would send someone to change and asked me to stay in apartment during the day, as if I came to Switzerland to stay in apartment for the person to come to change lights.... The WiFi signal didn't reach the main room, and was weak in the other rooms...
Overall a disastrous stay..
