Incredibly warm welcome from the host for my short stay. I felt like I was at my home and my grandmother was making sure I had eaten. Beautiful family atmosphere and very creative and inspiring design in the rooms.

I stayed here last year so this is my second time staying here. For the price, convenience, location, and staff friendliness, the room is great. Room is still big; AC and shower still works perfectly. This may sound strange to conpliment, but other placed i stayed in before, AC not cold and shower does not always have hot water. Also have microwave, frig, and kitchen to use downstairs if needed, so very convenient. Host very friendly and helpful.

Only comment I would have and not really complaint is bed is not so comfortable for me. The room style or bed is more unique in style than other places I stayed, so not sure if it style, but I prefer softer cushion full beds. With that say, for the price it is really good compared to other places I stayed across Vietnam when I visited

After already staying here 4 years ago I did now return. This time I cannot give a perfect 10 rate, but nearly as good and I still would like to definately recommend this place for staying there. Its absolutely a great value for money. Very spaceous rooms. Very clean and well taken care of! Very friendly hosts (family run place)!

Unfortunately this time I didnt get the room (without a balcony, to the back) which I booked, but instead got a room (with a balcony, to the front) which I didnt really want to have for a specific reason. Otherwise as mentioned above with all the other positive aspects, its definately a perfect 10 place and I do recommend it. So next time, when I come and get the room I booked, it will be a perfect 10 again :-)

The noise outside was terrible due to some construction work.

We really liked the owners very friendly. the space was big but we booked it for four and was just two. The shower in the bath does not have privacy it is open in the bathroom so toilet gets wet, the whole floor as well. they need to get a real size bath towels, ours were more like a hand towel size, you could not wrap it around you. Beds were more like a very thin futon maybe 6", placed on wood palettes, cute design, not the most comfy, but the room was very put together thoughtfully just not what you would expect.

after 22:30 it’s not possible to go out or enter.

Lovely family and location a good if you need to stay close to the airport. I definitely would recommend this place.

The family were fantastic, all very lovely nothing was ever too hard. They have a small shop for drinks with a variety of softdrink beer and fresh coconut to drinks. Also washing service available in house. There's a few shops on the same street and night markets just down the road and to the right. Overall not a bad place to stay!

Very clean and very comfy bed. Also the staff is extremely kind!
