Beds were nice

Hot water wasn't available unless dishwasher was run. At the far end of the building. No instructions on dishwasher heating unit didn't work properly. No glasses in the bathroom ⁿ

Cleaning staff threw away my personal belongings I had mistakenly left behind. I called 3x before getting a return call and they stated nothing was found. These belongings included prescription medications and bathroom essentials that were in a travel bag on the sink.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The parking lot is not the greatest. Too far from the main door to walk especially when it’s raining.

I am ADA and the handicap spaces were not compatible. They were all the way at the end of the building. Very far from the front door and there was one about 100' in the middle of a huge parking lot ???? Seriously this is a huge fail. There weren't any blue spaces by the back door. The complimentary breakfast was not appealing. Staff did well with keeping it stocked for the amount of guests but the choices were minimal and limited for special diets. I made changes for the remaining breakfasts. My room was all the way at the end of an extremely long hallway. I would stay there again but now I know better.

We loved the up to date amenities and decor of the room. The functionality as well.

There were a few cockroaches coming from the kitchenette sink in the middle of the night. It didn’t look like a terrible infestation (yet). To me, it’s not a huge deal; knowing that this is a manageable situation, but still a little unappealing nonetheless.

This is a quality hotel that was convenient, extremely clean and the breakfast was excellent. Check in was so easy and the front desk employee was very friendly. There was such a wide variety to choose from at breakfast that included healthy and gluten free options! Would 100% stay again!

They had not hot water. There was no hot tub and the only thing they wanted to give us for not having hot water was points to something g we were never enrolled in.

The staff was nice and the establishment itself was clean and worth every penny

The property was clean and designed nicely. Staff were all extremely friendly and professional. Very happy to see oat milk with breakfast.

Indoor pool area was really, really cold.
