Everything was beyond my expectations! The hotel is located in a quiet and comfortable area. The facilities are absolutely clean and comfortable. It was a memorable stay. Also, I want to extend a big thanks to Suzan. She welcomed us warmly and tried to assist us with kindness. I highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast and service were brilliant! No restaurant on site however the staff happily order from nearby restaurants and you can get super fresh gyros to your room for lunch from a local place which were incredible.

We like everything. Its location, the view, the cleaning, the breakfast and of course its staff. Suzan was amazing with us since day one. She recommended all the nice places to go and visit and booked us the best restaurants in town. In addition to that, she was always available by WhatsApp. Incredible.

Suzana and all the staff were such lovely hosts and made husband and I feel very welcome. The hotel is at the perfect location far away from the busy area which is great- it means you can explore the town without it being too crowded. Hotel room was great with exceptional views. Breakfast was divine every morning with a large spread that came to our room by the lovely staff (we were well fed and it kept us till evening). Suzana gave us directions on where to go and the hotspots which was great for sightseeing. If we come back to Santorini we will definitely be staying here. Thank you for making our stay memorable and welcoming 🙏

very clean, breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. Elizabeth was very helpful and her knowledge of the island helps. Getting to the property is quite a steep incline but well worth it. The views are exceptional. It’s a great place to explore the island from. We stayed for 4 nights and wished it was more. I can’t recommend halcyon day’s more highly

We booked the Myth suite - everything was lovely but as it was getting later into summer the sun would dip behind the wall and our pool/terrace area would get covered in shade quite early in the afternoon. Also, as with almost all accommodation in Santorini, the layout of the rooms means you don't have complete privacy when relaxing on the terrace (people walking to/from reception could see onto the terrace of our room and the one next to us. It might pay to enquire which rooms have complete privacy if that's something you're after

Halcyon Days is a superb place to stay in Pyrgos. The views and the accommodation are amazing. I had read the guest reviews prior to coming here and they did not disappoint. I was particularly struck by the warmth and care displayed by the staff, especially Elizabeth. She goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is special and memorable and she and her colleagues are all super. My room was the 360 suite which has a wonderful view from all directions and is perfect for a couple or if you are travelling alone. I dined in style every morning with breakfast brought to the suite and it really was a wonderful array of food and fresh coffee and juice. Every day Elizabeth ensured I had recommendations for places to visit, tours and other activities, including booking restaurants. I was fortunate to be in Santorini for ifestia which celebrates the volcano with fireworks in the caldera and she arranged a spectacular view at a restaurant on the island and transport for me. The property is made by the staff and Elizabeth is a true gem. Without her individual care and attention to detail, this would not be the property it is. The location is just below the castle and you are near to all sights on the island or can simply relax and chill.

Halcyon Days Suites really are as good as they look in the photos! Location was ideal to escape the crowds and the view from the accommodation was superb. BEYOND suite had so much outside space and the interior was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and well equipped. Breakfast delivered to the terrace everyday was amazing!! I would absolutely recommend Halcyon Days, thank you so much to Elizabeth and the team for a wonderful week!

The views are extraordinary. The cherry on top are the staff. Elizabeth is the captain of the ship who will go above and beyond to make your stay absolutely memorable. Alex greeted us with a smile when we arrived due to our late flight at 9pm and then proceeded to carry our bags weighing >20kg up multiple flights of stairs. all the remaining staff were always smiling, happy to help and made sure our stay was exceptional. They provide everything you need and you will want for nothing.

Nothing really except maybe the fact that you have to hike up a bit to get to the hotel. But it’s worth the climb.

We loved everything about Halcyon, our room and pool were amazing, clean and comfortable, with some of the best views on the island. Halcyon alone is a reason to visit Pyrgos, but the town itself is worth more than a quick stop off that the tours normally allow. A special mention also needs to go to Elizabeth, without whom Halcyon would not be the same, she is the embodiment of hospitality and an amazing ambassador for Halcyon, Santorini and Greece as a whole.

The view from our suite at Halcyon Days was out of this world, we chose a sea view room with a pool and it was an infinity pool with the most beautiful view. The quality and design of the entire property & our room was exceptional, everything was so clean, all the amenities you could need were included. Each morning we had breakfast delivered to our room and each day it was something different & they also could easily cater for me as I am vegetarian. We arrived to a bottle of local wine & cheese platter and we thought this was such a wonderful touch. The town of Pyrgos is so lovely, it still feels traditional and we came across a lot of local greeks which we really loved. There are some great restaurants and bars and cute little shops. Much less touristy than the other famous towns. Overall, we would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for pure luxury and total relaxation, would DEFINITELY come back!

our stay was amazing, Santorini is so so beautiful, visiting the island once in your lifetime is a must.. now about the hotel, we got the cave style room, it was great clean good looking the pool was good, needed a little bit of paint maybe but still good, you all kind of pools and all kind of sunset locations and a lot of hotels but you know what makes you come back again to this place ? a person called Elizabeth, I personally did not need to think about what to do in my stay, Elizabeth helped me with EVERYTHING, she is the manager and she is so great and so helpful. the moment you book she will take care of you. I do not write review often, not my thing, but she is the reason why I am writing now, she deserves the credit of making my stay amazing.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well designed. Breakfast delivered to our balcony each morning was amazing. It was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. Above all that though is the amazing Elizabeth. She was instrumental in making sure we made the most of our stay helping us with quad and car hire, catamaran tours and restaurants to experience as much of Santorini as possible. There doesn't seem to be anything beyond her capabilities. Definitely a great asset to Halcyon Days.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room is just astounding, so spacious, clean, comfortable, modern, everything you could want. The terrace with the view is beautiful, the food brought to our room every morning was amazing, and you get plenty of sunshine to enjoy. The best thing about this hotel though is Elizabeth and her team. We were blown away by how great she is, we didn't have to worry about booking anything as she did it all for us, she gave us the best advice, arranged taxis and transfers, booked restaurants and excursions, and always had our best interests at heart. We felt leaving the hotel that we'd become friends with her, she's so much more than just a manager. This was the last of 4 great hotels we stayed in across Greece/ the islands on our honeymoon, and was definitely the best. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

I had the most incredible stay at Halcyon. I stayed in the Euphoria suite, and for a solo traveller it was perfect. The included breakfast was delicious, plentiful and full of variety. The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking and the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The room itself was comfortable and well furnished and had everything you could possibly need. However, the highlight of my stay there was the staff. Elizabeth and Alex are the most amazing hosts - nothing was ever too much trouble. Elizabeth especially would go out her way to help me plan my days and her recommendations were always spot on. Travelling on my own I was nervous, but they both made me feel so comfortable and welcome, and for me that made this trip much more special.

Halcyon Days is located in Pyrgos, a nice little town in the center of Santorini. You can rent a scooter, as we did, and take a 10-15 min ride to Fira and about the same time to the beaches. Halcyon is just amazing, from the beauty of the rooms, to the stunning views from the balcony, to the privacy and quiet you get enjoying the sunset from your hot tub. Breakfast was always different, tasteful and beautiful. We would like to leave a special note to Elizabeth, who went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, and to give us good suggestions of special places to visit and cool places to eat in. She made our trip better and we are very thankful for that! We would definitely come back to Halcyon!

The hotel is very clean and the service is perfect. Elizabeth is very helpful and fulfills every wish. Should we go on holiday to Santorini again, we will definitely be back at Halcyon Days. It was an unforgettable stay. We recommend it to everyone.

We stayed in the ‘Beyond’ suite, and it was beyond our expectations. From the style and finish of design and fittings, to the quality of linen and spa toiletries included each day. we had everything we needed. In the weeks leading to our stay Elizabeth contacted us routinely, to check our requirements and arrange our transfer from the airport. We were greeted by Alex on our arrival in the village (which is beautiful) and from that moment both he and Elizabeth worked hard to ensure our every need was catered for. We were offered ideas for activities to make the most of our visit but also given the space to make our own choices. Our needs were listened to and appropriate options given. We like our space and peace and Alex recommended a quieter Catamaran cruise option, which whilst being more expensive, offered the one to one, more exclusive experience we were looking for. The breakfasts were of excellent quality and varied. changing constantly over our eight day period, locally sourced and hand made they included savoury and sweet options. We often kept some dishes back to eat later in the day and on our second day Elizabeth brought a bottle of wine and Hors-d’oeuvre for us to eat whilst watching the sunset which is as good from the terrace as anywhere. The village of Pyrgos was perfect for us. With Tavernas suspended between quaint alleyways or with open vistas to the islands. The architecture is a wonderful mix of Medieval quaintness and sensitivity designed modern boutique apartments and suites, that retains charm and quality within a quiet retreat. The bustling resorts of Fira and Oia are a short drive away and contrast nicely. Halcyon days and Pyrgos generally offer a higher end of accommodation without the over inflated costs of Fira and Oia providing a more secluded and private option at a better price offering much better value for money.

Everything from the breakfast to the views was perfect. The staff was super friendly and always willing to recommend the best activities around. The location of the Suites is perfect, they offer great privacy from other members and also from the outside. Perfect place to also watch the sunset, everything was outstanding. This was one of the best holiday I've ever experience ! The staffs were very friendly and VERY VERY helpful; they were the tour guidance for us! When we arrived at the airport, we were 1 hr late due to the delayed on our flights but that does not stop Alex from coming to pick us up from the entrance of Pyrgos and helped us lift up the luggage to our destination. Alex gave us a little tour of our room and finish off with "Tomorrow you will meet with Elizabeth, she will help you with the tour". Next morning we had our breakfast ready for us in the room with beautiful view from our room. Then we met Elizabeth, She was very energetic, lovely and she looks very excited to give us a tour. IT WAS THE BEST! Elizabeth is a very organise person she planned the whole 4 days of our holiday trip for us. Very Professional. It was very nice to have our host taking care of us that much.
