We loved our stay. It was everything we needed in a very convenient location. Comfortable and cozy and perfect for a couple. Hurricane Idalia was on her way and the owner contacted us about the outdoor furniture and even offered to come help. Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Wilmington!

First impression good… nothing to blow my socks off. Things should be fine tuned… left a day early ….. too many big palmetto roaches

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here! So many to do on the river walk and also in walking distance. Loved being able to drive to things if needed then parking the car and exploring all the river walk had to offer! Very safe area and the place was very nice! Would stay here again!

This place was perfectly located on the Riverwalk. My family and I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go by.

Wonderful time - first time using VRBO- loved being right on the Cape Fear River with boardwalk - the unit , although on small side , was clean and as advertised. The balcony was a huge plus - kitchen/ bathrooms were fully stocked - parking was easy- I'd definitely stay here again 👍

Perfect location! The condo was just what our family needed, as a couple with a 4 month old baby the space was more than enough for our stay in Wilmington. Though on the 2nd floor, hauling our stroller up & down was very manageable. And the balcony view made any extra effort very much worth it! Have already recommended this place to friends. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn’t have asked for a more stunning location. Apartment was great and had easy access to parking. Would definitely come back!

We stayed 3 nights Tue-Thur so it was very quiet. You have a nice patio with a view of the river walk It was walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. You can go to see the North Carolina Battleship. You can ride in a tour boat. You can drive to the beach. Plenty to do. You do have to go upstairs for this rental so make sure you can carry the suitcases up and down stairs.

Everything we needed was right there all we had to do was Get groceries .The balcony.... another bonus some of the greatest views you want to behold. Upon speaking with the owner about a situation he made me feel As if I had known him for a long time. He urgently returned my call and seemed like we handle the problem between the both of us like old buddies. What I'm trying to say is he was very cordial very nice and seemed very appreciative of talking to me. If everything goes well I will absolutely return next year same place.

Great location at the southern end of the riverwalk. Close to many restaurants and an easy walk to the historic downtown area and homes. Unit was well equipped. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

My husband and I recently celebrated our 10 Yr wedding anniversary on April 20, 2023! We booked this cute little place for a fun and relaxing weekend without the kiddos. We had the absolute BEST time! Perfect location for everything! The condo was beautiful, clean, well stocked, lovely river view, and comfy bed! Easy check in and check out! Parking directly across the cobblestone street. It was our first time In Wilmington NC and now we will be making it a yearly spot….without the kids! There is the best signature handmade cocktail bar directly below the condo called Sauc’d! Be sure to stop by! You won’t be disappointed!! We have been staying in downtown Wilmington for several years in different Vrbo properties. The condos in this building are our favorite by far because of the view and location. So first, the Pros: Location & View Bed - the king sized bed is huge and has the most comfortable mattress on it, we usually don't sleep great away from home but we did here. Clean, no issues with anything not being well cleaned upon arrival Free parking - downtown parking is scarce and expensive, this condo has a QR code you scan daily to validate your parking in the lot across the street which is quite convenient Owner is responsive before and during stay Large TV's, remodeled kitchenette, and comfortable furniture Cons: The bathroom is tiny (which really can't be helped without a major remodel) and the tub/shower combo has glass sliding doors which make it super tight. The sink area has been redone and looks nice but the tub/shower could use an upgrade. The only other con, was that the unit was not stocked. We certainly don't expect snack baskets and toiletry baskets like some offer, but this unit didn't have anything in it. Thankfully, the owner responded right away and had his assistant bring us Toilet Paper the night we checked in. We ended up going out and getting hand soap, paper towels, tissues, laundry detergent, etc. to use and he apologized and said the unit was normally stocked with all of that stuff so hopefully it will be for the next person. We did leave the hand soap! :)
