お部屋が広かったのとお風呂とトイレが別だったのがよかったです

チェックイン及びチェックアウトの仕方がわかりにくい。 特にチェックアウト。 こちらが新幹線の都合で遅くなったのですが、連絡が取れず聞きたくても聞け無かったのでもう少し分かりやすくして欲しいと思ったし表示より割高で次はないかな

Great value hotel apartment. Location was wonderful, only 5 mins walk from East exit of Shin-Osaka station. Lots of conbinis nearby as well. Room was clean and tidy. The bathroom had clothes dryer as well which was very useful.

For a double room, we were only given two very soft pillows. It would be great if there were two sets of two pillows (4 total).

Все было, даже можно приготовить пищу. Очень чисто. Общение с персоналом было отличным. Это апартаменты, на 13 этаже недалеко от железнодорожной станции. Чистый район, недалеко несколько магазинчиков, кафе.

Далековато от центра и достопримечательностей. Кровать удобная, могла бы быть чуть помягче. Для чутких людей слышно, когда проходят поезда.

房间超大，设施很新，干净，床也很舒服。浴室整体设置合理、舒适。从JR新大阪站东出口出站，走5-6分钟就到了，很好找。附近吃的也很多。便利店也好几个。一切都很好。

Very clean, easy to access and close to necessities. Made travelling around Osaka a breeze.

I would just say the bed was a bit hard, but not enough to be a big issue. Other than that the apartment was perfect. Good value for money.

Thought it was a hotel/serviced apartment but it’s actually just an apartment without a reception. So, that means there’s no luggage storage or luggage delivery service available.

The location is wonderful, just a couple of blocks from Shin-Osaka. The room (Superior Suite) was spacious! There are plenty of food options within walking distance. The owner kindly let us drop our bags at the room early (noon, vs regular checkin time of 4pm) - but we had to ring them to confirm this option.

Despite the large amount of space in this Superior Suite room, there weren't enough chairs to sit everyone at the table - there was just one chair. Even a set of stackable stools would solve this problem. The owners didn't respond to any email requests (although I know they received the messages because when they emailed me on an unrelated matter later, my original messages were in the quoteback). The only way I could reach them was to phone them, which is difficult when you're travelling. It is worth knowing that there is no reception desk or staff at this location, and hence the check-in process is a bit unconventional. The owner emails you the door code 24 hours before your booking. The lack of a reception desk wasn't a problem for us. It would be nice the receive a confirmation reminder email a week before, to remind users of the check-in process, and to set aside any worries that the room might not be available when needed. There was a lack of hooks and rails for towels in the room - we were hanging towels on door handles.

The place located near station, you could just walk from the east gate shin osaka station. The staff write all the instruction of the equipment in english so its so easy to use it, thanks

The location is perfect, close to the train, shops, diners, and centrally situated. The host's hospitality and flexibility added to the positive experience. The room and apartment were impeccably clean. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Close to shin-Osaka station made travel around the city easy, washer in unit was a plus and the location was quite. Would stay here again.

There was nothing not to like, only that the bed is more form then I’d prefer other then that it was an excellent place to stay for a few days.

Excellent location. Room was super clean and had all the facilities need. Having a washing machine in unit was a life saver. AC and heater for when it got cold. The shower/tub room also had an awesome dehumidifier/heat setting that helped dry clothes out super quick.

Purtroppo ha deluso le nostre aspettative e i difetti superano i pregi. Abbiamo trovato il materasso troppo duro e cuscini praticamente inesistenti. Inoltre, la camera non è dotata di riscaldamento e abbiamo dovuto usare l’aria condizionata a 30 gradi per rendere sopportabile il freddo. Altra pecca è la presenza di spifferi dalla finestra che fanno un rumore sordo continuo e non aiutano a mantenere la temperatura della stanza. Tende del balcone non affatto coprenti. Infine, da tenere a mente che l’assenza di una reception non permette di avere servizi come il deposito bagagli al checkout.

I got a message telling us we had been noisy. We literally went into the room and went to sleep.

Location is great. Easy access . Big rooms. Comfortable. Though I would prefer a washer/dryer combo in one machine, the bathroom dryer function was also useful.

Would be better if the electric sockets are at better positions. Eg. The one at kitchen is so near tap not very safe as I hv to boil water using electric kettle n plug it so near water source. The floor electric sockets near kitchen were also not a good fit. V loose

The location was superb and the service was awesome. The owner was super friendly and considerate. Will definitely choose this place again.

Nothing really. Maybe if you are extremely OC, ask for a deep clean of the unit as the owner is super friendly 😊 Also just a suggestion to have luggage storage in the future.
