Spaceous room, nice bathroom, friendly staff

Room was very,very cold

Breakfast was good. And the location was alright.

Absolutely clean, very well maintained. Most amazing and friendly staff. What an exceptional stay and hotel. Thank you for making the Londoners feel so welcome.

This is taking me ages to think about. So I guess if I had to really knit pick. I would say the bathroom was a little tight of space. But not a deal breaker.

Pool goid use a good cleaning

The location in Phoenix was good! It was quiet.

The elevator was out of service, the A/C unit in room was loud and shook the bed & wall.

I liked that our room was on the first floor as it made it easier to go in and out with our 2 small dogs.

The room was larger than I expected, spotlessly clean, and very quiet. The attendant at the front desk was very personable and helpful.

Clean and well maintained facility and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very good breakfast with several hot items to choose from.

The bathtub could use a rubber mat and a bath mat for the floor. Stepping out of a slick tub on to a tile floor could be tricky and a safety hazard. Make sure you have good directions as this Best Western sits way back from the I-17 and is hard to see especially in the dark. Look for Old Black Canyon Hwy to be on to get into the facility. When I was searching for this Best Western on the web site Booking.com came up to make the reservation. The reservation was made OK, but you don't get Best Western points because it's third party. I think this sucks so call and make your own reservation directly to the Best Western, don't use Booking if you want points.
