The property was very very poor. It smelled of order as soon as u walked in the hotel. No fresh air, the beds and rooms were small. The pictures advertised in booking.com we're not how the hotel looked in person. It smelled like this hotel had mold or mice infestation. I immediately went back to the front desk and expressed my concern to the manager. The manager was very pleasant and understanding and honored my request for a full refund.

I didn't like the false advertising of the property this property should not be listed in booking.com because of the condition of the hotel. Very poor and it smelt bad of a very bad order. The price I was charged was very very outrageous compared to the Wyndham by Ramada Wich was 100 dollars less per night and deposit was also 100 dollars less.

It was dirty, the floor was sticky, it smelled like body odor and our bathroom shower was gross I wouldn’t even shower in it.

The smell in the room and the cockroach I killed in the restroom and no toilet paper

they treat you horribly. they have nothing. but hidden security deposit fees they make you check out even when you are extending your stay. two of my cards were mysteriously getting unauthorized charges

it was really run down, the walls were dirty, floors were pulling up and dirty in between the grout, rooms were dingy along with the linen, the tub was dingy and looked dirty! the hallways looked run down like it hasn’t been renovated and maintained! also at 6am they stated tearing up a several rooms I guess remodeling! They were loud and were banging and stashing items in the hallway

The lady at the desk was nictsh. She tried to be helpful.

I had booked for two nights, but found I only needed one night. She could not cancel my 2nd night and I had to make a phone call and ittook too much to get a live person. When I did it seemed to take him a long time to make the cancellation. Then he said your 2nd night booking is canceled. The next morning the desk clerk said that on her computer I was still booked in. The fine breakfast you advertised was not fine. It was one small cup of yogert and a small packet of muffins and a bottle of water.

It was horrible. I will never stay with this company again. I'm disgusted.

Everything. There was trash all over the room. No phone , no coffee pot now trash can in the room and no ice bucket the fridge was disgusting this as he worst experience I've ever had traveling I'm very disappointed
