The staff was fantastic!! The lobby & man area was beautifully decorated. The complimentary breakfast was always tasty. Not enough places to put clothes & toiletries when staying an extended period.
The elevator was a little wonky. Had a mind of its own when going up from first floor. No issues going down. Pool heater broken so we couldn’t swim as we’d hoped (we’re from AK)

The fact they charged my friend 4 different times each time 250 for no reason what so ever. Completely uncalled for.

I only stayed for one night, it was a pleasant stay, everything you need for one night, swimming pool was nice, breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel.

Bathroom old. Shower head leaked. Breakfast was below standards. Variety good but bacon and eggs were tasteless.

The bed was comfortable
First room had its bed made but otherwise not clean. Moved to new room that was fine. The food was okay but the pastry’s were stale.

Staff was friendly
The room was pet friendly which I requested but it smelled really awful. There seemed to be several people living there long term also which was strange. Lots of trash inside and outside the hotel. But the smell in the room was the worst!
