Loved the location! Very close to almost all tourist destinations. The service was amazing, they provided us with lots of snacks and water. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The bathroom had no lock on the door.

Everything was great! MANY yummy free snacks in the room, mid-afternoon, and late night! Staff were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly!!!
For the breakfast, the food was cold. When they put the food in the steel containers, the little flame underneath could not heat the food. Perhaps they should provide a microwave or really heat the food before serving it.

The reception staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and have ample space to walk and put our luggage. Beds are comfy, toilet and shower area very big. There is a laundry room that can be used for free. Location is around 10mins walk from metro station, so is a point of consideration if bringing elderly. Breakfast at the lobby does not have a wide variety but sufficient and taste good, and the hotel makes an effort to change the dishes everyday. There is also free snacks and drinks at the lobby for the rest of the day, and free instant noodles at night for supper. Overall our stay was very comfortable and will recommend to stay at this hotel.
Very minimal bad points compared to the good points. The sound insulation between rooms is not the best, but tolerable and did not bother us. Wifi signal was not very strong and sometimes speed can be slightly slow.

Friendly staff in a central location. The breakfast is excellent with many different options. They have snacks and coffee/tea available in the afternoon. The room is comfortable and clean with a great bathroom.

The room was large and comfortable. Modern bathroom with huge tub and rainfall shower. Great breakfast with a coffee machine to make your drinks.

they have free supply of coffee, biscuits and noodles for the afternoon and evening snacks… the breakfast is really fresh and good have no smell and aftertaste… it’s worth the stay… if we go back to Taipei, we will definitely stay again in that hotel😊😊

We loved our stay at Ambience. The building is maybe a bit older but the rooms are well maintained. The breakfast was very good as was the location. However, the service that the staff provided was exceptional and amounted to the best service we've been provided at any hotel. We felt treated like family.
The free laundry facility is closed except for during the daytime hours when we were out doing things. I'm sure this is due to noise, but it made doing laundry a bit more difficult.

A bit worn down room, but maybe it is because of Covid and the lack of tourists that the hotel was not able to update what was a bit worn down.

honestly I’m so amazed with these hotel i loved the atmosphere overall i highly recommended with this place while at Taipei it’s a more than hundred percent legit accommodation and all the staff were friendly and helpful with their beautiful vibes and hospitality😍

We really enjoyed the service from the staff. They are very friendly and respectful and are always ready to help. They helped drive our car to the basement and we thought that was very classy! The food at breakfast was very delicious and once again, the staff members always take the dirty dishes off the table as soon as possible. The location was close to everything which was very convenient because we could walk and Uber to all the locations we were visiting.
I think that the walls are a little bit thin, we could hear everything that our neighbors were doing.
