Lovely breakfast and were ok needs to get upgraded

I was very disappointed with the room we were checked into. The bed linens were stained, with what appeared to be blood stain on one comforter. The room smelled musty and there was a terrible odor in the restroom. Ceiling tiles in restroom were loose and moved over. The fan made a very loud and disturbing noise when I turned it on. The bathtub/shower was dirty. Clearly this is a very dated facility, but there’s no excuse for the filth!!! I could not stay in the room!! We had my ten month old grandchild with us and there’s no way I would have felt comfortable and safe staying there. I told the attendant I just couldn’t stay, showed her pictures of the bedding I had taken and left.

Rooms were clean and much larger than expected. Staff were very attentive, we had issue with our reservation at check-in (error on my part where I booked 3 rooms instead of 2). The property could have charged me for the extra room but quickly and happily took care of the issue which I greatly appreciated. We also had an issue with one of the rooms and notified the front desk - someone arrived in less than 5 minutes to fix the issue. I can’t express how friendly and helpful every single staff member we encountered were which was greatly appreciated.

The property was great honestly. A very minor suggestion would be to put TV Channel Guide in each room as it took us awhile to find preferred programs. Again this is a minor detail but would be very helpful to guests particularly those with children trying to locate certain programs (ie: cartoons and other appropriate channels).

The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Quick drive to the convention center. Great value for the price. Clean and comfortable.

The bathroom could use a little update. The bathroom fan didn't work and the shower head was low, if you are under 5'5" it would be okay.

room was dirty and had holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. Carpet was torn ,room smelled like wet dog.We only stayed about 30 minutes and i took the key back to the front desk. We couldnt stay any longer because we were itching so bad, im not sure what was in the room , but both me and my wife started itching about 5 minutes after entering the room

Refrigerator and microwave were disgusting. There was whole all over the doors and walls. Roof of room looked like it was moldy. Bathroom looks it hasn’t been remodeled since the 60s. Breakfast was descent but there isn’t enough room. Also door kept jamming and wouldn’t opened. The tv was broken. The price is ridiculous for that hotel. Housekeeping walked into the room while were still asleep. Got a phone call and phone didn’t have a cord so I used the speaker for them to ask if I was still there. It’s 9am and checkout is at 11am? Yes I was still there. No apologies for waking us up twice now. Then house keeping kept asking when we were leaving. Annoyed is an understatement. I wish I got my money back. Never going back.

Room dirty and very old. HVAC disgusting looks like nobody's clean it up in ages. Nobody collects our trash or changes the towels in 4 days... It's the worst hotel we've ever stayed.
