Was a nice resort restaurant was nice for morning breaks.

They didn’t booked a cleaner ever three days. Lots of the appliances didn’t work like the tvs weren’t plugged in dishwasher didn’t work. Showered flood and the bath didn’t have hot water. It stunk like mould

Two rooms were great. Loved the natural light and the view. A full size fridge was great with a toddler.

The kitchen definitely lacked some basics that made cooking even simple meals a challenge. The pool was a bit annoying to access (down to ground floor In lift, change lifts) and there is no shade around the pool at all.

An amazing view of the city, the apartment was large and full of amenities. It definitely lived up to the pictures shown! You won't be disappointed!

Only a slight inconvenience but you can only access the pool and gym via the lobby but definitely not a deal breaker! PS. Like most beds in the country, the mattress will be on the harder side if you're not used to it. I would still give this amazing apartment a go!

Very convenient to Ben Thanh , less than 5mins walk , there are many restaurants surround the apartment .

Everything is good

The apartment is in the perfect location if you’re looking to go out with friends. Only a 2-5 minute cab rides away from a lot of the bars and clubs in the city

There’s nothing I can think of

Very clean modern apartment in a very convenient location. Our flight got delayed so we had to check in a day later, the host was very understanding and didn’t charge us for the first night. That took us by surprise and we were extremely happy.

The roof top bar was closed

Loved being able to spread out after a month of hotel rooms. Washing and machine and dryer excellent. Got to wash everything before we got home. View excellent.

The lift wouldn’t take us to the pool. We had to go down to ground floor and get the security guard to over ride the lift. The lifts were busy through the day.

Location and the service were great.

Great location. Clean room. Nice view.

You had to go to the ground floor to find a guard. Who would then scan his pass to let you up to the pool on floor 21. So you have to come all the way down in swimming gear. Into a busy reception find the guard, get back into lift go to the pool. And if you want something from your room, then want to go back to the pool. You need to do this all over again. Just give people a pass for the pool. Especially if travelling with kids. Was also no restaurant or pool bar. On the rooftop. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful area. But looking very run down. I think the restaurant’s in these places are private run. And when covid hit they couldn’t survive with a rooftop restaurant and bar with no customers. So had to close or move out of the building. We found a lot of rooftop bars and restaurants were not operating anymore in Vietnam. They were available and shown to be available when you booked places and looked on the pictures. But when you arrived to your accommodation they were not. We traveled for 4 weeks 2 adults 2 children. Stayed in over 15 property’s.

Great location, very central. Close to lots of good food and shopping options. The pool was great with spectacular views of the city. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable.

It was very spacious and had really good facilities. It was also very good location close to central and walking distances to the markets and shopping centre. Staff was really nice and had very quick responses to assist with anything you may need.

Beds were very hard, hair dryers didn’t work and a toaster would have been good. Would also help if someone in reception could speak English. Other than that we all enjoyed our short stay. Thank you

We cancelled our 2nd booking but was not refunded as it is all controlled by AIR BnB and it is difficult to contact the actual host although we booked with booking.com

Had to wait for 2 hours for checkin. Arrived at 2pm. Room not ready until 4pm. Kept getting told later and later. Bed mattress is super hard. Very uncomfortable. Air conditioning leaks water in apartment. Have to get security to let you into pool area.

Location was great

Was forced to leave my passport with the security guard when we checked in after hours. It wasn’t put in a safe or anything, he was just holding onto it until the morning. We had no choice or we wouldn’t have been able to get into the room. We booked this via a legitimate website and would have happily pre paid but that wasn’t an option and only got told I would need to leave my passport via WhatsApp message the day before. Not happy.

There is different space to rest.The apartment has living room,kitchen and room.

We always asked the bottles of water.But the service will forget to bring it to our room.
