Very dirty bedding. Damaged TV that was later replaced only because I kept calling for it to be fixed.

The room was amazing. It was very intimate while being spacious and reassuring. The furniture and artwork was to die for. Definitely going back again soon. Thank you so much for the incredible and memorable stay.

House cleaning services are terrible. Had to request clean towels, and even then they delivered 1 towel short, Requested another towel and they just didn't bother to bring an extra towel. The floors in the apartment were not properly cleaned. I blame the cleaning staff for turning what would have been a great stay into something that left a bitter taste. Also, petty crime, my wife had some hair utensils stolen. Not necessary. They need to fix this problem with their house cleaning urgently! Also, no access to Valley of the Pools! you need to pay extra to get a shuttle service out there. Ridiculous. Rather stay in a property(house) in Zimbali and have full access to the other facilities.
