location was great, right near the beach. Was a nice room - could easily stay for an extended break.

The room had a musty smell when we walked in. The chairs were sticky to touch . Had to buy Glen 20 to deodorise the room. Car parking was very limited and narrow. Not worth the extra $20 to obtain one.

I liked the location

it had a terrible damp smell. also we booked on our Amex card but they would not except it for payment.

The interior of the apartment was nice. Very clean. Nicely presented. Lovely modern kitchen. Location is amazing - one block back from Manly beach and cafes.

The outside of the apartment was very poor. Overgrown gardens, rubbish build up. There was an old back pack and some rubbish on the outdoor table at the front door. The apartment complex seems to have private residents and it was incredibly noisy. There lots of foot traffic coming and going outside the apartment throughout the night and a party upstairs from our apartment. I was travelling with two children and the noise made it a really unpleasant experience.

Disappointing re: I was told the stay included parking. However the property only has 4 spots to share - all of which were taken the whole time we were there so I was told by reception to try the 2 hour parking in the street & that they hadn't seen any parking rangers out in the rainy weather. I had specially requested a 12pm checkin. We were at a sporting event until later than expected & arrived just after 3 to be told the room wasn't ready yet. We were wet & frozen from a day standing in the rain at the beach. My daughter was exhausted & needed a shower & lay down. we sat in our car waiting for a phone call that the room was ready & got in just before 4pm.

Wasn’t clean, benches looked clean but had a bad smell, holes in the sheets, floor felt dirty underfoot, peeling paint, spots of mould coming through and bugs crawling in bathroom made it feel unclean. It’s in a normal unit block so there were undies hanging on the line right where we got out of our car which is fine, but weird if you don’t know it’s going to be like that. The parking space was so tight we couldn’t get out of the car when the space next to us was being used - I tripped over a loose plank of wood trying to get into my car and hurt my ankle. Aircon didn’t reach the bedroom.

the small apartment building is very shabby, grounds like a rubbish dump in parts.

Great location. Clean and tidy.

Old building that could do with some gardening and maintenance. Tricky to find a car park at times. Bathroom is off the main bedroom so the person using the sofa bed has to go through the bedroom to use the toilet.

Not enough towels or blankets provided and there was no toilet paper.
