Staff asked me to pay extra for the breakfast because 1 of the kids was 13 and I didn't know,I don't speak thai and was embarrassed to have to drop my plate and leave

Both Rooms ( living room & bedroom) good size and very tidy although prices have increased a lot since last stay, but yes large double room is very nice, 2 rooms with tv’s in both rooms.
Nice swimming pool and quiet when we needed to use it although very salty.
Brilliant location to the malls / markets.
Nice rooms and swimming pool and easy access to things but I believe there is now cheaper options in korat with better breakfast options…. Would I come back here for this price?

Breakfast quite basic for the price of the room, had lot better breakfast choices at lot cheaper hotels…no fillings for omelette, plain omelette, no other menu to describe what egg choices available…..rest of dishes were basic thai buffet choices and only 3-4 different choices… stayed here few times in past and the breakfast was one of the selling points…. On the 2nd day of our stay we had options of few fillings for an omelette.
No tea bags in room and when asked they don’t supply, at 2600฿ per night im sure a tea bag wont break the bank… quite poor to be honest…… I was given 2 tea bags from kitchen staff on 2nd day but it seemed to be after a long discussion weather to give me or not!!
WiFi not the greatest in fact it was quite poor, again for a hotel for this price and this day and age you expect super fast WiFi in all rooms…. Found it hard to watch tv / iPad and had to use own phone as hotspot.
Bidet in toilet instead of bum gun… not a fan of a bidet… been using bum gun for 20 years and nothing compares.

The hotel was nice and the rooms where spacious
The swimming pool was full of chemicals and all the children came down ill after using the pool for 2 days. The chemicals were that strong it burn't the skin off around their noses and mouth. This needs to looked at as we will not be returning until this is fixed.

Quite position clean and friendly staff however have to say staff speak very little English so best to learn some Thai

Ordered wine, but they had none, so we said we will go and buy only to be told that they would charge us 400 baht per bottle corcage.
The restaurant was closed for dinner so we had to eat in the coffee bar.
The food was cold and undercooked, and even after sending it back on numerous occasions, it was still not edible.
Was refused a drink at 8-45pm even though the bar was supposed to stay open till 9 pm
The stock in the bar was very poor, and soon ran out of Chang..
All the premium channels have been removed from the TV in the rooms.
The pool bar was closed.

We asked for three rooms next to eachother. On arrival they told us they didn't have 3 rooms next to eachother. Only other rooms with no beautiful view.

Very nice clean modern Hotel
I wanted a very small amount of fresh milk for one cup of tea in the morning. I was told that wasn’t possible but they offered to sell me a large cup of fresh milk for THB 70. I can get the equivalent in 7/11 for about THB 15. In the morning at breakfast I could have as much fresh milk as I wanted for free. I wanted a minute amount for one one cup of tea and they couldn’t do that. Crazy!!!

Location, not so good, near town centre but up backstreets, no Tuk Tuk or Taxis nearby.
Did not use Swimming Pool but it looks as if would only get sun for few hours in morning, no good for sunbathing.

Hotel is new and very clean. Food is good. Many choices that you can select, but I expect a good coffee.
Overall the room is good. The only thing I don't like is the mirror on the closet door. The closet is next to the bed and you can see yourself when you are sleep. It is a bit scary for me.

The staff. Very nice great stay not far from the city center I recommend because it is good to live in this hotel

Nice clean and new hotel with beautiful pool and atrium. Close to the mall and the night Market.
