Quiet 2-Bed, 2-Bath Condo with Spacious Sundeck & Tennis Courts
Bella 2 camere da letto 2 bagni condominio con aria condizionata. Recentemente rinnovato e incontaminato! Un mazzo molto grande per rilassarsi, grigliare, leggere un libro e godersi la brezza! La proprietà ha accesso a campi da tennis, un laghetto di acqua dolce e una darsena di acqua salata sullo stagno di Sengekontacket ("Sengy"). Il nuoto è permesso! Ambiente privato vicino al campo da golf Farm Neck, pista ciclabile, e al centro di 3 città dell'isola di Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs e Edgartown.

Property was nice. The neighborhood was nice. Unfortunately the tennis courts were closed for repairs. I thought it would be more basic essentials like a hairdryer maybe some condiments such as ketchup and mustard. Other than those minor things it was great!

Our stay was very pleasant.. the property was spotless and had all the amenities needed. Very comfortable and I highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay and the property was as described. Not in new condition but certainly a comfortable stay. Very responsive communication also. However, we received notice of an insurance claim for property damage and the items listed were never used nor touched by us. We had purchased the property damage insurance and this feels like a way to get maintenance problems covered through the insurance we purchased. The items claimed were wine glasses (we do not drink alcohol), stove knobs (we never even touched the stove let alone cook), and mini blinds (there were signs in multiple places about broken blinds so we did not manipulate them). We are rental property owners ourselves and treat all stays as if it’s our own home. Very disheartening to see this behavior and will contact the insurance carrier even though it’s only an $80 claim.
