Getting into the property was easy and the location was very convenient for the amenities in the village. I wanted to cycle the Tarka Trail and the cottage is ideally placed, being about 15 minutes from the Meeth end of the route.

The cottage was delightful. It had everything we needed, it was very clean and comfortable. The parking place was a bonus. The village of Winkleigh was lovely with many thatched cottages and narrow streets. Facilities were also good with shops and an excellent pub in the nearby Kings Arms.
The bedrooms were quite small and the bathroom sink was one of the smallest we had ever seen. That said, the cottage was as described and these comments are minor.

Nicole was fantastic with communication from the start. Couldn’t be more accommodating. The property is in a fantastic location.
