Townhouse fronte spiaggia con spettacolare vista sull'oceano e la migliore posizione a Ocean City, NJ. 3 piani di spazio vitale! Sognate ad occhi aperti mentre guardate le onde e godetevi la splendida spiaggia aperta e la vista sull'oceano. La camera da letto principale del 3 ° piano e la vista sulla terrazza sono mozzafiato ... la perfetta fuga panoramica! Bei paesaggi a perdita d'occhio con una vista chiara fino a Atlantic City NJ. Con 2 grandi ponti privati, 2 soggiorni, (3-4 camere da letto), 1 dei soggiorni ha un ritiro che può ospitare 2 e un ampio patio sulla spiaggia con 12 posti a sedere; c'è un posto speciale dove tutti possono divertirsi. Parcheggia le auto e vai a piedi o in bicicletta per raggiungere ristoranti, parchi di castelli di sabbia per bambini, campi da basket, negozi di alimentari, gelaterie, paninoteche e altro ancora - tutti a pochi isolati dall'oasi della 34a strada! Guarda le onde con pioggia o sole - non possiamo decidere quale sia il migliore - mentre ti rilassi sul tuo tranquillo ponte coperto. Guarda l'alba dall'alto mentre i vacanzieri fanno il loro pellegrinaggio quotidiano verso la spiaggia ... Rotolare giù dal letto sulla spiaggia - mangiare, spiaggia, ripetere - questo è il modo di vivere la vita da spiaggia sulla spiaggia. Porta il tuo binocolo, perditi guardando l'orizzonte e prenota oggi stesso il tuo soggiorno! Recentemente ristrutturato casa a tre piani con quasi 1900 piedi quadrati di spazio di vita di lusso, una lavatrice / asciugatrice privata e 2 posti auto privati. Amiamo andare al parco di castelli di sabbia per bambini, Blitz's, Randazzo's Restaurant, Hoy's, campi da basket, noleggio biciclette, un nuovo stand di produzione di Jersey, e molto altro a pochi isolati. Goditi la bellissima spiaggia protetta che è sorvegliata sulla 34a strada per le 8 di sera durante i mesi estivi o che hanno una permanenza con vista mozzafiato dal soggiorno, dalla cucina e dalla camera da letto principale. Le vedute notturne del chiaro di luna che rimbalza sull'acqua è un trattamento speciale nelle notti limpide. Guardare le tempeste a riva dal tuo comodo divano è un'altra meraviglia da godere. Pioggia o sole, al chiuso o all'aperto, ti piacerà essere sulla spiaggia qui!
Non sono ammessi affitti per week end o fine settimana. Questo posto è perfetto per le vacanze in famiglia, i week-end per le ragazze, i ritiri dei team aziendali / di leadership e molto altro!

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect place for my family and another family for a week vacation. The location was excellent and we loved Ocean City!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. The house was so comfortable and the owners had great communication with us during our stay. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. The views were breathtaking the location of the house was great for kids with a pizza place, easy beach access, a park with tennis courts and basketball courts, and ice cream in walking distance made the house even a better place to stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great get away. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed here from 8/20 - 8/26/2022. Our family included my husband and me, our daughter and her husband and our 17 year old grandson. For one night we also hosted our daughter/husband's two friends. This is a wonderful beachfront condo!! There was more than enough space for all of us. The younger members of the family spent a lot of time at the beach and loved it, but, in addition to going to the beach, my husband and I spent a lot of time on the decks overlooking the ocean, drinking either coffee or wine, depending on the time of day and reading ..... or just looking out at the beautiful view. Since we had never booked a property through VRBO, I had a lot of questions leading up to our stay and communicating with the owners was easy, and they responded quickly to all of my messages with questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed in mismatched eating utensils. Had to share knives. Kitchen was a big disappointment as it was very small. Didn’t care for the types of beds at all. Great location however,

Our family made wonderful memories here. House was clean and location and views are stellar.
Had a few minor issues which the property owner addressed right away. We paid top dollar for the one week July rental. Recently found out other similar units were less expensive. Enough of a difference to include in the review. My family had a wonderful time-making the $$ spent easier to digest.

Great location. Top floor bathroom developed a water leak from the ceiling light fixture which limited the use of the bathroom for 2 days until a repair was accomplished. Tub drain in top floor bathroom not functioning properly. Lever used to close the tub drain would not stay open while taking a shower. Tub filled with water which took a long time to drain. Trying to balance the operation of the third floor minisplit AC systems with the whole house AC cooling was difficult which resulted in the bedrooms being to cold. But we had a great time and made ajustments to mimimize the impact of problems on our stay.

Walking distance to Acme, CVS, Wawa, ice cream, Italian restaurant for take-out, boardwalk (75 year old did this more than once!).
It is in an upscale residential area. There are 2 designated parking areas, and two more spaces shared with the other 5 units—-first come basis for those.
The ground entrance level has a bath/ laundry room and a nice additional living area with a sofa, chairs, and a pull-out double futon where our 2 granddaughters (7 and 10) slept. Their parents slept in the second floor bedroom and decided the top bunk and pullout would have worked if needed , but the decision was made for the girls to sleep on the first floor to give everyone more room. They were joined by their 10 year old cousin during the day ( he slept on the third floor with his parents.), and it was a great hangout room for them and was a great 4 th bedroom.
There were nine of us —- 6 adults and three children.
Overall we all agreed that the location was perfect. There were newer homes blocks away, but who wants to carry chairs etc. when you could be on the beach. Sleeping at night and hearing the waves, coffee in the morning on the decks with a clear view of the ocean —-the best.

My family and I stayed over memorial weekend and we had a great time! Location couldn’t be better. The beach is very easy to access as the sand meets the back door. My kids loved it because there’s so much to do nearby without even going to the boardwalk! Great restaurants and takeout nearby. Once you’re there you really don’t have to drive anywhere because everything is only a few blocks away. A park for the kids, basketball courts, tennis courts, Wawa, Acme, and CVS. There’s great ice cream places as well! I’d definitely recommend staying here! Thanks for the great stay!

Our stay was fantastic. Loved the town, and the location of this town house was fantastic. Off season was pretty quiet. Views from 2nd floor living room and kitchen are really great, and view from main bedroom is stunning. Wow! Kitchen fully stocked for anything we wanted, beds all nice and very comfortable. Comfortable furnitue. Some room in some closets for guests to use, and lots of luggage racks. Patio and balconies have lots of comfortable seating, and tables, too. Fantastic exerience. Hosts were definitely very helpful, and also really nice. We for sure would stay here again. Easy check in and check out, and parking. All excellent.

This is the second time we stayed here. Just perfect for our time at the beach. Magical views of the ocean. And everything was easy. Everything was clean.

We enjoyed the views from each room bunnies nibbling on the grass and easy access with our grandchildren day or night to the beach. It’s a throwback to relaxing times.
