Offerto come solo affitto settimanale, questo livello superiore, completamente aggiornato nel 2018, condominio di 2 piani dispone di 3 camere da letto e 1. 5 bagni e può ospitare fino a 8 con 2 regine e 3 gemelli (uno è un rotelle) e un divanetto Divano letto doppio Le camere hanno sfumature scurite se avete intenzione di dormire in questo è il posto per voi. Tutte le camere da letto e il bagno completo sono al piano superiore. Il bagno completo offre una bella cabina doccia. Il bagno di servizio si trova al livello principale. Cucina ben arredata con ripiani in granito, lavastoviglie, bar per la colazione e un sacco di articoli per preparare un pasto. Bella sala da pranzo / soggiorno condominio con piccolo balcone. Central Air. Internet. Lavasciuga. Le lenzuola sono incluse.
Il parco F & M si trova dall'altra parte della strada. Qui puoi fare un picnic o lasciare che i bambini giochino nello spazioso parco giochi. Noleggiate una bicicletta e saltate sul Tart Trail che corre per miglia. Feste e sagre, aziende vinicole e molto altro ancora fanno parte del divertimento di Traverse City. Questo è a piedi per tutto il percorso.

Loved this location, so close to walk downtown, and the park across the street is scenic from the balcony. The unit was perfect for us, family of 4, everyone had room for themselves, and lots of space to come together as a whole family. The unit had everything we needed. No issues with the wifi at all. All in all, it was a great week in this location! We will definitely book it again!

The location was fabulous. Within walking distance to everything downtown. There was plenty of room for 4 single girls. It's listed as 8 but that would only be doable with couples and kids. The balcony was nice to sit on at night. The furniture downstairs was relatively comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with dishes but not much else. The beds are HARD. We were not fans. The bathrooms were clean and the shower is great with plenty of warm water. There is one assigned parking spot. There are door codes which was really nice for our group. The living room has stains on the carpet that should be removed.

The condo was cozy and spacious, with enough room for each of us to have our own bedroom. The location was with in walking distance to the water, which was very convenient.
The property managers were very helpful, even allowing us to check in early as we had to prepare for a wedding.
The only issue we encountered was not being able to connect to the wi-fi, The network name given didn't correspond to any of those that came up on our devices. Just a minor inconvenience, though.

The condo was clean and well maintained. It's in a perfect location at the edge of downtown but still walkable. Across the street is a huge park which we could see from our balcony. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom large enough for 3 teenage girls to get ready.
We would definitely stay here again for a family trip.

Excellent location a 10 minute walk to downtown Traverse. Area was quiet. Park across the street. Condo was well appointed. The only issue we had was low water pressure in the shower. Management quickly fixed it. Highly recommended.

Great location! Walking distance to all of Traverse City. Excellent communication on check in process. Did say it slept 8, but in reality it’s more like 6.

This place was adorable and also priced great. It’s close to downtown activities so you won’t pay a fortune in Uber or taxis. My only complaint is how strict the rules are. We’re rule followers in general, but it almost felt like we had to watch every move. The parking is also tough and you need to make sure you have 2 passes when you get there. We still have no idea where overflow parking is and they could give better directions on that. All in all, the space is great and clean and you will enjoy staying there.

The trip itself was wonderful and much needed. We recently loss our mother and father within a 45 day period.. There were some things that we found in the rental property that were unsatisfactory. The carpet in the living room/ dining area had spots throughout upon arrival. The shower walls really need a deep cleaning. The soap dispensers in both bathrooms were diluted with water. We did however, appreciate the clean linen on all beds.The kitchen space was also very clean.
I do suggest that all of the bedrooms should have benches to sit luggage and, since the bedrooms are not furnished with tvs, the one in the living area should be larger.

We chose this spot as it was walking distance to downtown bars, restaurants and shopping and a close drive to wineries. The only issue we had was the upstairs bathroom sinks did not drain well. We didn't tell the property manager as we were there for a short stay but recommend they get that fixed. Everything else was great and as described.

This is a well-equipped, up-to-date condo. It is only a few blocks from State Street and across Front Street from a small beach. Comfortable beds and a small balcony to hang out on.

Overall, I had a wonderful time staying in this unit. It was spacious, beautiful and super comfortable. The location is perfect as you're just a 5 min walk from Little Fleet and across the street from a great park. Close enough to walk to everything downtown but far enough away to escape the crazy when needed. Great parking situation as we had an assigned spot, access to overflow parking in the complex and ample street parking. We never had issues with where to park. Inside, the unit was larger than others in the complex and very clean with higher end fixtures like plush carpeting and granite counters. The décor was homey but not cluttered which helped to make the space appear so much larger than it already is. The 3 bedrooms were great, especially the one that had 2 twins, one of which was a trundle. it was perfect for the family of 3 that stayed in that room.The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the internet never worked in the 5 days/nights we stayed in the unit and everyone there exceeded their personal data plans. I did ask for a daily credit to offset those costs and am still waiting to hear if that will be honored. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here! I will definitely be returning.

Loved this property and location!! Very pretty, clean, and comfortable, within walking distance of downtown. Having that beautiful park right across the street was a big bonus, especially since we had small children in our group; they loved playing there. :) Would definitely stay there again. The property Manager was wonderful, and very helpful.
