Ubicato in Sanibel Island, questo attraente casa a 258 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimoviaggio. South Seas Beach Villa 2313 è un condominio per le vacanze in affitto molto ben ristrutturato e di lusso situato nel South Seas Island Resort Beach Villas Complex. La nostra spaziosa camera da letto / un bagno condominio dispone di un letto king size molto confortevole nella camera da letto e un divano letto queen size. C'è una cucina completa, soggiorno con grande TV a schermo piatto e un lanai privato schermato per gustare una tazza di caffè al mattino o un cocktail serale. La vista diretta sulla spiaggia si affaccia sul Golfo del Messico e sulla piscina. Mentre non si ottiene l'accesso ai servizi del resort, è ancora possibile accedere alle piscine dell'associazione, tennis (a pagamento), barbecue e alla spiaggia. Includiamo sedie da spiaggia, un ombrellone e teli mare. Ci sono molti ristoranti appena fuori le porte del resort che sono opzioni meravigliose e negozi appena fuori dal resort.

Stayed with my teenage daughter. We really enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed and was very clean. I normally feel weird getting comfy in a vrbo, but it was so clean that it felt like home. The towels were very nice and the laundry is right under the unit, which was super convenient. The only suggestion would be to update the bedding. It has seen better days and the pillows were very lumpy. But other than that, it was wonderful. Proximity to the beach and pool was perfect.
There was construction going on at the property, but it really didn’t affect us. It was to be expected.
Will definitely book again.

Clean and comfortable condo that is close to everything. Coffee on the balcony in the early morning watching the wildlife and seeing the sunset at night. Loved being able to rent a golf cart at YOLO and have that ease all weekend to get around. Wonderful trip. Thank you.

Great Beach Place
We stayed here for a staycation. The condo is very clean and well appointed. We have no complaints. It was the perfect size for my husband, me, and our daughter. It is in a great location on the south end of South Seas Plantation. Shopping and restaurants are very walkable. While you do not have access the South Seas amenities, we never missed them. There were two nice pools available and the beach was beautiful. They even provide some beach chairs in the condo. Great sunset views!

the room was nice. the building is not really on the beach considering the long walk from the unit to the actual sand. you have to go through the dunes and tall grass which is loaded with critters. coming back from the beach between 7 pm and 8 pm after watching the sunset the gnats will bite the heck out of you i counted over 30 gnats bites on my wife and the shower is located rite by the dunes. do not shower there at these hours if you do not want to itch the rest of your vacation.

Summer Getaway!
The property is lovely and well appointed. The listing is accurate with no surprises. The only negative is one of the beach chairs was broken upon arrival, so we went ahead and rented beach chairs through an off-site rental company for our time there. I reported the broken chair, received a very quick response with an apology, but no replacement during our stay. I hope there was a replacement before the next guests because not being able to access the resort chairs is a negative. Overall, this is a great property.

Mini Getaway
My boyfriend and I stayed at this South Seas condo for a short 2 nights and loved our stay. The location is perfect, we particularly liked watching the Ospreys from the balcony, the beautiful view of the ocean for sunsets, and the quick walk to the beach! We loved this unit. Very nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the padded seats on the lanai chairs and for the dining room table. Would stay here again and again!

More Like Home!
The Kitchen, furniture, bathroom, several shades of greeen plus the wainscoting added to the "Home" feel of the condo, NOT another "beach" codo with wicker. Definately more "upscale", as promised. .Dream Vacations was very good to work with and fixed a battery for the door entry within hours! We would definately stay again!

Nicely decorated place and good location and beautiful sunsets. There is a problem with the refrigerator having an electric burning smell, however, and outlets where plugs won't stay plugged in, and ants in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was good.

Absolutely beautiful condo. Just very disappointed in the huge rusted pipe along the beach and trucks working 24 hours a day. Also our beach access and beach in front of us was closed for 2 full days.

Awesome location
Can’t beat the location of this property! We loved the small simple beach and the quick walk to it! We felt it could have been a bit cleaner and a bit more up to date, but nothing that affected our trip. Already planning our next trip to the island!

Beautiful beachside villa
Wonderfully clean and well appointed beachside villa in fabulous location, walking distance to some great restaurants. Very comfortable king sized bedroom that is completely dark at night for sleeping. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Wonderful Stay at South Seas 2313
This was a wonderful location and stay. The condo decor is nicely done and it was a comfortable, restful stay. The condo was so clean and pristine. We were afraid to touch anything. It felt like home and everything that you would need on vacation was thought of and in the condo. The super close proximity of the beach was also appreciated. The sunsets were amazing. The resort is simply beautiful as well and we enjoyed the Doc Fords restaurant which is within walking distance. We hope to return in the future since we are Floridians and live just a few hours away. Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay.
