My wife and I had a fantastic week long stay for our wedding anniversary/ summer vacation the property is exactly as pictured and 7 minute walk to a beautiful beach that has has a very private feel and right next to a big pool, something I found impressive was the condition of everything the owners provided from the kitchen equipment to the all the beach gear is practically brand new and very functional, we have stayed at many great properties over the years that really dropped the ball when it came to those touches but not here, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at the villa! It had everything you could need, right down to a lint roller. The villa was very clean when we arrived, and the bedding and bath linens were all fresh and comfortable. It’s in a great location - tenish minute walk to the restaurants and general store, five or so minutes to the beach. John was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again! We didn’t use the pool (we’re beach people), but it is right outside of the villa.

The kitchen had everything we needed. I didn’t see a tea kettle listed, so I inquired and one was there when we checked in. Very appreciated! The beach items and bikes were great. It was a great spot for a relaxing vacation.

Every thing about this Villa was excellent. The owners have done a great job remodeling. The location is great. The bikes and beach equipment were a great resource. The beach is a mere 5 min walk and Captiva dining locations 10 min. The pool was very clean and so were the outdoor grills.
