Very nice condo right next to the public beach in a building with a pool and access to the beach. Everything was in good condition except probably needs some updating. My biggest issue was: 1) No shampoo or conditioner in either bathroom; there was bars of soap, 2) No coffee at all although there was a coffee pot and 3) No laundry soap although advertised as having a washer or dryer. So you need to get these items before you arrive, which I have never stayed at any condo that didn't have these items. We have stayed at a different location at St. Pete Beach and there were these items. Also, the Publix grocery store across the street from this condo is not in business any more, although they are planning on remodeling from the damage incurred and it will take a year or so - so if you need coffee, shampoo and conditioner and laundry soap, you better get them somewhere else or bring them.It would also be nice to have a Welcome Book that describes how things work, especially the television in the living area. Unless you are a Roku expert, it was very difficult to figure out how to use the TVs.

We loved our beach view and enjoyed each morning during breakfast. The staff were very helpful and kind. We will definitely stay here again.
