Staff were lovely and very helpful, particularly Ayesha who looked after us so well during our stay. She was a pleasure at breakfast and dinner each day. Hotel grounds are stunning particularly the gardens, rooftop bar and the pool. The setting of the hotel within the mountains is beautiful and the views can be enjoyed in the dining room and throughout the resort. We got treatments in the spa and would highly recommend. The therapist was great. Also thanks to Moses who looked after us at check-in. Room was spacious for 3 people.

There is only one lift for the guests which isn’t very practical considering the hotel size!

Want een fantastisch hotel. De kamers met mountain view en jacuzzi op het balkon zijn nieuw en echt prachtig. Badkamer met een prachtig uitzicht. Top zwembad. Personeel is heel vriendelijk. En ontbijt is geweldig.

Als tip zou ik willen meegeven dat ze sneller reageren op e-mails als je wilt reserveren.

The quadruple room was just as shown in the picture. The extra large double bed and two single beds provided a very comfortable layout to sleep with children in one room. Beds were comfy, breakfast layout had a lot of variety and was delicious. The indoor heated pool is a good feature.

Booking.com confirmation wrongly mentioned check-out anytime till 23:59 which led us to believe we could have a check out later than the typical practice of noon.

Хороший, комфортный отель Вкусные завтраки, брали еще ужин, дорого-но ассортимент отличный Номера просторные, есть электро камин, кровати и подушки супер. Ухоженная территория, очень крутой стеклянный корпус бара, атмосфера супер ! По факту, больше 2-х ночей там больше делать нечего.

один лифт, постоянно занят чтоб добраться до бассейна нужно идти в другой корпус До центра города 3 км, такси ждал 45 минут.
